Needed parts. Very poor signage to get to parts department. Once there all there is is a phone that rang for two minutes before anyone picked up who did not identi Very poor signage to get to parts department. I relayed what I wanted (three wiper blade elements), it took at least five minutes before anyone came with the parts, and another five minutes for him to log into his computer. Considering what the markup is on parts, this is very poor customer service. More
