This was my first visit to any Honda dealership. The space was Beautiful, clean, and the music was great. The staff was very helpful. Every question I asked he had an answer for, he was very knowledgeable, which was incredibly helpful in making a very big purchase. I would recommend him to anyone looking for a vehicle, you are in very good hands. Not to mention he was available for my questions when I left the dealership and made sure that I was comfortable in the vehicle even after I purchased it. The world has changed, and customer service is somewhat of a rare find these days. But they have plenty of it here, and Muhammad is the guy to look for! More

I went there to do the regular oil change and tire rotation. Thomas provided friendly, detailed and professional service. and the young lady cashier is nice and friendly, too. Just moved here. Took my daughters car in for check engine light. Told it could be fix but once fixed sometimes it comes back on with another code issue. Yesterday I was told my total was $800+ however engine light. Told it could be fix but once fixed sometimes it comes back on with another code issue. Yesterday I was told my total was $800+ however could be a possibly $600 more if the light comes back on with second issue. So I was anticipating that. Nope, double that!!..I just got a call, it would be an additional $1200+. Really? Don’t trust them! They have lost my business!!! More
Typical dealer nonsense. This is merely my experience. Attempted to negotiate the cash purchase of a 2011 Infiniti G37 convertible. I found the listing last Sunday on the dealer website for a price of $11049 and sent an inquiry. A sales manager called me right back. He explained that the vehicle had not been through the shop, price might go higher on the website but he would honor the $11049. He said in a couple of days a salesperson would send photos and call to discuss payment. I was traveling Monday but sent this email, “ When will you have photos of the vehicle? If it looks good and no mechanical issues found I can wire the money tomorrow.” Salesperson replied, “ We just traded that car in Saturday. I will make sure you are the only person that will get to look at it. I am checking with my used car manager now to see when it is going to be ready so I can take pictures for you and send them to you directly.” Nothing happened Tuesday other the price moving to $15405. Yesterday I called the dealership and was connected to the salesperson. He explained it was his day off but would get an update and call me back. Nothing. Later in the afternoon I left a voicemail for the used car manager and asked for a callback. Nothing. This morning I called and got a salesperson. I requested a sales manager call me back. A manager called within ten minutes. I explained the situation. He informed me there is a disclaimer on the website that prices can change without notice. I agreed the price was low but would they meet in the middle at $13500 cash. He was going to a training but would review it with the used car manager. I made one request that regardless of the decision to give me a courtesy call to let me know. He promised to do so by 1pm. Nothing. More
Just bought a Honda pilot yesterday. They matched the price from another dealer. So figured got a great price. And this is where they get you -- they nickel and dime you with all the accessories that o price from another dealer. So figured got a great price. And the list is long and in small print so unless you read it carefully, you won't know that wheel locks are part of the "accessory" list. I'm surprised the engine is not on there as well. Wheel locks as an accessory on 20" Honda rims, really? I have bought so many Hondas over the years and this is the first dealer that said it is an accessory. And I only found out that my 20" black rims didn't have them after I came home. So the next day, I go back thinking that I could just ask for them by showing them that other dealers just include them (3 random, different dealers) for the exact same car. Nope! I spoke with the GM and didn't make me feel like a valued customer who just spent 40K on a car. Felt more like a sucker, "you bought the car and now you ask for something..." The message was I have to pay for them, sorry. Didn't seem like they care if they lose loyal customers. If you're in the market for a Honda, go elsewhere -- like Fairfax Rosenthal. I bought a Honda accord there and a much better experience. The only thing going was the new sales person I dealt with -- very nice. AGAIN, avoid this dealership -- after you purchase -- you'll be treated like 2nd class. I certainly felt like it. More

I called back to talk with sale manager -Jamal Edmonds-. and was trying to contact customer service i was being ignore (Rene, Jonsome . Just got the car, no follow up to see how I’m doing with the car. It’s took me 3days to get I touch with one of them to talk but they say oh i can take it to Lexus dealer ship get it done and pay for it? Also during the test drive, I was already feeling uncomfortable because of covid19, I wanted to keep 6 feet apart but I didn’t get that chance. The sale man -Renee- sit next to me and put one of his hand to cover a big Hole by side door. Please help me! ⭐️ More
