Every time I go there, the staff is very attentive and makes sure that I'm taken care of. The service staff is prompt to greet me and give me the respect any customer deserves and doesn't take advantage makes sure that I'm taken care of. In previous experience at other places, service techs would try to have me pay for services that are unnecessary, like transmission fluid flushes when I haven't even driven the minimum recommendation for that. At Honda, they only recommend what is needed at the right time. The sales staff is nothing but accommodating. They answer all my questions and guide me through the sales/lease process until they are sure I've understood what I'm signing. And even if I ask a question that the sales person doesn't know the answer to, I love that they don't just wing it and tell me a guess - they go ask a senior level person for help and learn in the process along with me. In my case, Vannia Lopez was only on the job 2 weeks and I was her 3rd sale so far. She is really going to go places in this position. She actually listened to my silly stories and I felt very comfortable throughout the process, which didn't take as long as previous transactions when buying a car. She smiled often, which showed positivity, and she was just as inquisitive as I was when I asked questions about the package offered for my Honda HR-V. I will definitely be back to Honda of Chantilly and I will recommend this dealership to my friends and family. More

Great experience with Chantilly Honda and specifically Muhammad Khan. I saw a vehicle that was just traded and wanted to learn more before it was scooped up as I had a 2.5HR drive to come see it. Be aware of there Director OF Finance. His name is Rob Fraker . He is a big liar. He was helping us to get our paperwork done for finance the last car that we bought here . In the start he was kinda nice while he tried to sell us extended warranty and maintenance package and tried really hard and in tricky way. Right after we denied to buy any of the extras his attitude was different and was rude . He didn’t want to accept our personal check for the down payment by telling us that they don’t accept check for more then $3000 limit . So I asked him if it’s there policy? His answer was yes . I never heard it before so I asked him if he has this policy is in writing some where so I can be sure but his answer to us was NO, Because I Say So!. I was like okay . We brought the cashier check and paid our down payment. Then later I called the GM His name is Jamal . I asked him about personal check limit policy for down payment. He said no we don’t have any limit policy for personal check for down payment. I filled a complaint for bob fraker and he should be ashamed on him self for lying to us about his own made policy. But at the end I want to say about our salesperson who was very helpful and had very good knowledge about the car he took his time to show us every features this car had . His name is Caleb . I’m giving stars because of him. If u deal with Bob fraker please don’t fell for his tricky things he does for selling his extended warranty and other packages on top of what your monthly payment.
