First Car Buying Experience Gone Well! I just purchased a brand new 2014 Honda CRV from this Honda dealership. When I knew I needed a new car I started sending out asking for quotes from d I just purchased a brand new 2014 Honda CRV from this Honda dealership. When I knew I needed a new car I started sending out asking for quotes from difference Honda dealerships to see if I could get an excellent price. Honda of Chantilly was not my first place to go since I had another dealership offer me a lower price but right when I was about to go to the dealership to purchase the car they upped the price, which sent me back to the drawing board. I had been in contact with Rob Fraker at Honda of Chantilly and when I mentioned I was still in the market for the car he told me he would give me the price he offered from the week prior which was great! When I arrived at the dealership I met with Rob and we talked. He mentioned that they did not have the car I wanted on the lot, but they would look for one and hopefully have one soon for me. I started all of the paperwork and I also learned they would match my trade in offer which saved me a trip to trade in my old car. After finishing most of the paperwork I had to leave and wait to see when my car would come in. To my surprise the very next day I received an email saying the car I wanted was on the lot. So I went in after work finished all of the paperwork, which for me was very overwhelming having never bought a new car before, but everything was explained to me in ways I could understand it, I was not pressured into adding any extras. I then found out that Rob personally went down to another dealership and drove back the car I wanted to the Honda dealership. When I was done with the paperwork and I was just waiting for my car to finished being cleaned I walked around the brand new facility that was perfectly clean, and was HUGE! There are two floors when I wait, there are TV's, Starbucks coffee, a quiet room and a play room. My fiancee who had just bought a car, not from Honda, was also extremely impressed with the Honda facility and the service area. Rob was wonderful to work with and made the process easy and painless. Every time someone asks where they should buy a Honda I continually tell them to go to Honda of Chantilly and ask for Rob Fraker. I love my Honda CRV! More

So, we went to Honda of Chantilly simply because it was the second closet dealership to our home. Peter Kim was our salesman. As a salesperson, Peter was very professional, patient, and courteous. Before closing our deals, there was a little incident in which our potential discounts were not accepted. Peter went above and beyond to "fight" for us to get our asking prices. With his help, we were able to drive home the two cars with the price tags we wanted. Needless to say, we are extremely pleased with our purchases. We certainly would come back to Honda of Chantilly for our future purchases not because it is the second closet dealership to our home but because of the excellent customer service we received from Peter Kim. They are new and ready to work with you I have visited several dealerships and, frankly, none comes close to Honda of Chantilly. Perhaps it is because it is new and large with interesting amenities but at the same time my wife and I noted that everyone did appear to be genuinely friendly and willing to assist if they see you unattended. The bottom line is that the price they offered us was very aggressive when compared to other offers. However, what was as important to us was the excellent treatment we received from Carlos Davila who was the ultimate professional: attentive, courteous, and literally bending backward to ensure that our experience was very pleasant (is this typical of a visit to a car dealer?). If you want someone at Honda of Chantilly to give you a fair deal, you may want to contact Carlos whom we very highly recommend. We also want to mention "Smiley", the finance manager, who made this component of the visit very enjoyable with his pleasant personality and interesting background and his willingness to work with us. No perceived pressure during this stage of the process. Needless to say, we are extremely pleased with Carlos, Smiley, and - of course - our new Honda Accord. This is my second time working with Ledys who came recommended to me by another family member. When it was time to renew my lease and get a new car I went to the new location she's currently at which recommended to me by another family member. As usual Ledys had a few cars in mind for me to test that fit my needs. She was patient, and showed me all the new technology that came with the car. After weighing my options I decided to go with the Honda Civic. I absolutely love this car. When my new car was ready for pick up, Ledys had the car detailed for me and once again was patient enough to walk me through all my questions on the new features of the car. She truly excels at taking care of her clients and their needs and understands what customer service really means.
