I had just started my research and with so many options and dealerships to choose from, it becomes a bit mind boggling to make a decision. After submitting a few different inquiries through internet buying programs Rob was the first one to respond to me by both a phone call and email. Though his dealership didn't have the lowest offer provided he was the most concise and transparent of all the other 6 other dealerships that had contacted me. I respected his demeanor over phone and his clarification on all pricing, and technology features about the CR-V we were interested in. On a day off I decided to swing by unannounced of letting Rob know and he was there to assist me(just so happens). Immediately greeted with a smile and his appearance and demeanor matched exactly what I thought of when I had been talking to him over the phone (which was a good thing!). I was not prepared on purchasing that day however Rob did such a great job demonstrating the CR-V to me and on top of that he noted that he had the exact color we wanted in stock! Picking up where we left off on through phone calls and emails he gave me an exceptional, pressure free deal that made me feel good about purchasing as opposed to previous purchases I've made. Smiley our finance manager was great as well! Smiley was very knowledgeable and had made the entire process a breeze. I highly recommend that you consider Rob Fraker and I can now see why he does great as I've seen multiple reviews on him not just on this site but other rating sites as well. More

Rob went above and beyond to make my experience one that I will be very happy with when I look back on the first car that I purchased on my own. The only critique I would have is the price could have been a little better, but that's not to say I didn't make a reasonable deal in the end. The financing was even great. They helped me every step of the way to get a car and a car payment that will be easy to handle in this phase of my life. This is my first Honda, and with the experience that I had, and the quality of the car, I will most likely be a loyal Honda/Acura customer for a very long time. More

Service to my Honda Accord and Honda Civic I recently brought my Honda Accord and Honda Civic to Chantilly Honda for wheel alignments and had a great experience. I previously took the cars to o I recently brought my Honda Accord and Honda Civic to Chantilly Honda for wheel alignments and had a great experience. I previously took the cars to other service facilities in the area and was told that the alignment could not be done exactly to specification due to the age of the car(s), but they would try the best they could. Unfortunately, the alignment was done incorrectly and I found myself unhappily returning with a misaligned car. Luckily, I discovered Chantilly Honda. After speaking with Julio Carrascal in the service department and explaining my alignment problems, he assured me that the top mechanic, Greg, would do the alignment. Julio even took it a step further and introduced me to Greg. To my relief, the car was finally aligned properly. My overall experience at Chantilly Honda was unmatched. Not only was Julio extremely helpful and knowledgeable, but he also had the Service Department inspect the entire vehicle and provide me with repair recommendations. I highly recommend Chantilly Honda for their exceptional service. There are few places where you can find a reputable and trustworthy mechanic these days. I rate them 5 out of 5 (highest 5). More

We negotiated with several dealers over email on our Honda Odyssey EX, but when the prices got low and very similar from a couple of them, we choose to work with Rob as he gave very straightforward, detailed responses, and got back to us same day on every question about the offer. The experience at the dealership was good both while leaving the deposit and picking up the car. Although there was a bit of the dealer wait experience when picking up / waiting on the financing person, it was better than most of my previous car buying experiences and there was no last minute switches or changes. i would recommend Rob Fraker and Honda Chantilly to others for new car purchases, they seem to have it together even though the dealership has only been open a short time. More
