The manager attempted to confuse me into submitting to terms that did not live up to options previously discussed. He was very disrespectful. I was very interested in purchasing a vehicle when I entered the store and decided not to purchase from this location, not because the final price was unreasonable or because I no longer wanted the vehicle, but because I did not want to contribute to the success of such a person. Wonderful Experience! I came to Honda of Chantilly to look around at cars since I knew that the car I was driving would need to be replaced soon. As this was my first experience purchasing a new car, I was a bit overwhelmed and had that preconceived notion that car sales people would try to pressure me into purchasing. Once I arrived to Honda of Chantilly, Hilai S. guided me through the process of test driving, answering all of my questions, and providing me with information. Never once did I feel pressured. I ended up coming back a couple weeks later and purchasing a Honda Civic. Hilai S. was absolutely wonderful to work with and she truly went above and beyond to make sure that I was completely satisfied with my purchase. I would highly recommend visiting Honda of Chantilly and asking for Hilai S.'s assistance. More

The next day, I went online and signed up for price comparisons from various dealerships. Rob called me less than 5 minutes after my online submission. He gave me a competitive price and also gave me the "out the door" price for the car (a 2014 Honda Civic EX in Dyno Blue Pearl), which is what I really wanted to know. He also said he didn't have the blue car that I wanted, but would call around and see if he could find it. We made an appointment for him to call me back as I had a dentist appt that morning. He called me back before the appt to tell me he thought he had a lead on the car and would confirm at our appointed time. He called back exactly on time, and not only told me he found the car, but was at the dealership picking it up for me! When I arrived at Honda of Chantilly, Rob showed me around, and I told him about another offer I received after talking to him that was a little lower than his offer, and asked if he would match it, and he did. After my paperwork, I was introduced to Dan Frappollo, who worked with me on the financing. Dan was not only very funny, and made my experience even better, but he was extremely knowledgeable about finance (not just car finance, but general financing and accounting). He didn't try to sell me anything I didn't want or tweak numbers out of my favor. I went to the dealership fully knowledgeable about current new car financing rates, and I got exactly what I wanted. I think that sometimes it can be difficult for sales and finance people to deal with buyers like me. I walked in knowing exactly what I wanted and what I was willing to pay for it. I think a great salesperson is able to negotiate where everyone comes out of it feeling good, and that's exactly how I feel. Rob and Dan are a great team, and they have truly restored my faith in car salespersons and finance persons as well as putting the fun back into my car buying experience. I would (and already have) recommend others to buy from them. More

I had a very competitive price from another dealer. Rob called me and agreed not only to match it, but beat it. We test drove a car on Tuesday. Unfortunately they did not have the car in the color we needed. Rob worked very quickly and found the car for us on Wednesday. He also ensured that the car was coming from a close by dealership (to avoid excessive mileage). We finalized the paperwork on Thursday, where we met Dan Frappollo. Dan is a very funny person. He is great with numbers and breaks down the financial details to a simple format. We picked up our car on May 1st (personal choice). The whole car buying experience was simple and easy. The dealership is new. They have a lot of amenities like WiFi, Coffee (Starbucks), Kids play area. They also have a nice massage chair in the "quite room". More

He is very worst finance manager i have ever seen. He is not even speaking to you properly. Even though if you dont have good credit score or not getting good interest, there is a way to explain to customers. He was showing his very bad attitude. I felt very bad. Before any serious research, I stopped by at the dealer to test-drive the 2014 Honda Accord and get a rough estimate on what I can expect for the price of the vehicle. At this rather unpleasant visit, I dealt with one sales representative and two sales managers who ended up quoting me a price that was significantly higher than the market prices shown on third-party websites such as Edmunds, Truecar, and Kelley Blue Book. As I was in no way interested in paying more than the market price, I kept insisting a lower price for dealing purposes. This, however, led nowhere and I was hastily told by the managers that my going price was unrealistic and was shown the way out. My next step was to obtain rates from numerous local dealers to take my business to whoever that gave me the lowest price. I included Chantilly just to see what they would offer. Turns out, the number wasn't much better than what I received in my original visit, but Rob offered to beat the lowest price and work with me to get an acceptable price. With distrust in mind from my original experience, I went down to see Rob and see if he could really mend my rather poor perception of the dealership. We negotiated for a good half hour at best and with both of us making compromises, I agreed to purchase the vehicle very close to my going price. From the very first email when I requested a quote via web to the last seconds before I made the decision to sign the purchase agreement, Rob was extremely professional and engaging. If in doubt, contact Rob for your next purchase - he will ensure that your concerns are heard and will work with you to ensure you get a deal that works for you. With such dedication, it is a safe bet that your next purchase will be a walk in the park. More

He walked us through every feature we had questions about and was knowledgeable about vehicle. He had a way of putting us "at ease" with such stressful negotiations over pricing, warranties, "gap coverage", etc. My only wish is that we consulted with him the LAST time we bought a new vehicle (which actually was a Honda), because we left feeling like we not only received a great price but understood every line item on the invoice! I had just started my research and with so many options and dealerships to choose from, it becomes a bit mind boggling to make a decision. After submitting a few different inquiries through internet buying programs Rob was the first one to respond to me by both a phone call and email. Though his dealership didn't have the lowest offer provided he was the most concise and transparent of all the other 6 other dealerships that had contacted me. I respected his demeanor over phone and his clarification on all pricing, and technology features about the CR-V we were interested in. On a day off I decided to swing by unannounced of letting Rob know and he was there to assist me(just so happens). Immediately greeted with a smile and his appearance and demeanor matched exactly what I thought of when I had been talking to him over the phone (which was a good thing!). I was not prepared on purchasing that day however Rob did such a great job demonstrating the CR-V to me and on top of that he noted that he had the exact color we wanted in stock! Picking up where we left off on through phone calls and emails he gave me an exceptional, pressure free deal that made me feel good about purchasing as opposed to previous purchases I've made. Smiley our finance manager was great as well! Smiley was very knowledgeable and had made the entire process a breeze. I highly recommend that you consider Rob Fraker and I can now see why he does great as I've seen multiple reviews on him not just on this site but other rating sites as well. More

Rob went above and beyond to make my experience one that I will be very happy with when I look back on the first car that I purchased on my own. The only critique I would have is the price could have been a little better, but that's not to say I didn't make a reasonable deal in the end. The financing was even great. They helped me every step of the way to get a car and a car payment that will be easy to handle in this phase of my life. This is my first Honda, and with the experience that I had, and the quality of the car, I will most likely be a loyal Honda/Acura customer for a very long time. More
