Louis in Sales = Awesome Service Department = not so much Man Louis was awesome. He made it a really great experience for my family and I. We had my wife my 5 year old and 2 week old newborn son there on a Sa Man Louis was awesome. He made it a really great experience for my family and I. We had my wife my 5 year old and 2 week old newborn son there on a Saturday. Louis was friendly and accommodating i really could ask for more. Only concern was the service work they did before selling the car. They had done an alignment and after taking it on a longer test drive found that the pilot drives straight but the steering wheel is about 10-15 degrees off center. Then a week later my check engine light comes on for a common issue with the v6 with eco mode that the piston rings go bad and half the motor needed to rebuilt but after my issue with the alignment i wasn't going to let them handle my motor. So since I only tagged Louis in this review I left it at 5 stars because he was awesome just the service department was about a 3. Its kinda funny the other dealer I went to i have had great service but poor sales expeirance. And at Chantilly it was the opposite. So for real if you wanna buy a new or used car doesn't matter do yourself a favor and go see Louis at Honda of Chantilly. More

This was the first time I bought a car without stress from the saleperson. I explained the cars of my choice and he did not try to sell me a car did not fit my profile. This was the first time my car buying experience was non stressful. The financial process was fast and smooth. I will recommend the extended warranty to everyone that purchases a car plus KBB verifies that I bought my car at a great rate. No deductibles or gimmicks!
