Made Trade In Painless I had to trade in my 2009 Honda Pilot and was looking at the 2015 Honda CRV. While I was initially considering my previous Honda dealer using USAA's I had to trade in my 2009 Honda Pilot and was looking at the 2015 Honda CRV. While I was initially considering my previous Honda dealer using USAA's True Car process, Justin gave me a call and with his attitude convinced me to give Honda of Chantilly a try. It turned out to be a great decision. Not only did I get a good deal on my trade in, Justin actually made the whole experience fun and painless which you don't usually hear when buying a new car. It was an awesome experience through comparing the different models, selecting the vehicle, test driving, exploring features, trading in my older vehicle, financing and delivery. Isaac's expertise and advice was commendable at every step of the way. From management side, Chris' help also made me make decisions quickly. All in all, I got a great deal on trading-in my older vehicle, the new one I purchased and on the financing. More
