He just asked about my interest in the vehicle and if I would like to schedule a test drive. I scheduled one for after work and he met me promptly. We went on a test drive and I fell in love with the vehicle. He made sure I was comfortable with the process and kept me informed about what to expect and what was going on. Tyler handed me off to the Finance Manager, John Marsdon, who was also fantastic. He didn't assume anything nor did he impose anything on my. He got me a better rate than what I was expecting also. All said and done, I got a great vehicle for an awesome price. I would recommend anyone go see them for their next vehicle!!! More

He had picked a car out from our discussion, we went for a drive. He was very knowledgeable in the car's specs and options. I had a trade in and the price quoted was fair and acceptable. I was in and out in 3 hours as he had chosen the right vehicle for me. I had a remote starter installed so didn't pick the car up until the next day. He made sure it was spotless and again reviewed the console and navigation system . He even programmed my phone for the Bluetooth. Exceptional service and as my son said when we left " when was the last time you bought a car and didn't feel like you were taken?" Well we just had that experience for the first time! More

Do not ignore the bad reviews and do believe that they tried to make anyone happy, they were not happy because the dealership and salespeople are not honest and skirt the law/agreements wherever possible. I came to buy a honda accord which had dents in the driver door, cracks on the gear selector, and illegal tint on all of the windows. However, all photos of the car online were angled so that these issues were hidden and the lighting was such that the tint on the windows was not discernible since there were no other cars around for reference. The fee is $600 which is at least double what other dealers charge with no added benefit and is non-negotiable, this means that their slightly more attractive list price is usually at least as much as their competitors in actuality. When I arrived there was only one key and it was split open, which they refused to repair or replace. When I had the car inspected it turned out that the tint was at 17% visibility instead of the approximately 75-90% that is legal. I asked that they remove it carefully using heat or liquids as opposed to a razor blade to avoid scratching the windows or antennas in the rear window. I later found scratch marks on the windows, and residue everywhere as they had merely pulled the tint layer off but not actually cleaned the windows. The radio also now has poor reception in any adverse weather. When I went to go check on what was taking so long I found them screaming at one of their mechanics who had warned them earlier that they should wait until someone who had done it before returned before attempting it, though they assured me they had someone else coming that was experienced and had the appropriate tools. They refused to lower the price based on any of the previously damaged items mentioned nor the results of making the windows legal. At that point I was thoroughly disgusted with them but needed the car and bought it anyway. When I had them assess my current car (15 years old) for a trade in they offered $100 and nothing more though it ran fine and had no body damage. This further confirmed that they were not at all interested in dealing fairly or honestly in anyway. The entire time they were whisking the car away, talking in hushed whispers to one another, and lieing through their teeth about the condition of the car/its whereabouts/who was doing what it with it. They did not respect me the customer, nor their own employees. More

Best place to buy your next Honda period. We bought a 2016 Honda CRV-EX from Honda of Chantilly on December 01, 2015. Since we are in Gaithersburg, MD, we called and spoke to Stephanie on 30th We bought a 2016 Honda CRV-EX from Honda of Chantilly on December 01, 2015. Since we are in Gaithersburg, MD, we called and spoke to Stephanie on 30th November. She gave us the best available price that included their black friday promotions. Unfortunately we could not make it to the dealearship that night. Next day when we spoke to her she told us the black friday event is over but she will talk to her manager and try to get us deal as close to it as possible and she did. All this on the phone. She is the best sales person we have ever dealt with. Not only she went out of her way to make sure we get the best deal, she also worked with us in getting our car delivered in MD. I was assisted by Niema and Saxon at the dealership as I went there to finalize the deal and do all the paperwork. Every one was so eager and excited to work with us and make the entire car buying experience fun and enjoyable. This is the best dealership to buy your next honda. They value customers unlike the dealers in MD (Criswell Honda are u listening???) More
