Justin Sproles is the only reason I chose this dealership. I had already decided to buy a Toyota but wanted to rule out a Honda first. Justin was my salesman and gladly talked with me despite knowing my intention of buying a Toyota. He was fantastic in every way! He listened very carefully to what I was looking for, asked great questions and quickly narrowed down the models he thought would best meet my needs. Justin confidently and honestly answered every question I had about each one which made my decision quite easy. (I did a lot of research over the past two years to make sure I wouldn't be taken advantage of!) After I test drove a couple of cars, my mind was made up - I bought a 2016 Honda on the spot - the exact one I wanted! Justin took all the dread and negativity out of the car shopping experience that so many of us have and made it a pleasurable experience instead. I got a very good price too! Justin went the extra mile: made sure the car was washed, license plates put on, even filled the tank with gas! As the result of so many negative past experiences with car dealerships and salesmen, I was a very tough customer. I can now say that Justin will be able to turn that negativity around in others, one sale at a time! I truly hope other salesman take notice of Justin's outstanding work and learn from him! I went back to the dealership one more time just to speak with the General Manager and let him know that Justin is an outstanding, honest salesman and how highly I think of him. Admittedly, I'm not fond of the final step in the process of purchasing a car. While I understand that the manager's job is to upsell other products and services, I didn't appreciate continued attempts after I made it clear I wasn't interested. I repeated my lack of interest a number of times and urged that we cut to the chase and complete the financial portion. The manager was kind despite my growing frustration but that could have been avoided all together. More

His ability to work closely with his management team, including Rob Fraker enabled him to make promises he is able to keep, which is extremely valuable to us as a customer. On a secondary note the new Chantilly location is comfortable and the overall purchasing and delivery process coordinated between Scott and Rob was organized, simple and explained in laments terms. For that we do commend the dealership management for supporting their employees, maintaining a great work place and providing competitively priced products. We expect we will use the dealer for servicing and future purchases. More

Not to say that the other salesmen at Chantilly were lazy, but it was obvious Justin was working at a different pace. He was engaging with me and two other buyers at one point and I never felt like I was waiting on him. In addition, he recognized that I was an informed buyer and we cut right to the chase. I walked away with the vehicle I wanted, at the price I wanted without sacrificing the service. I will say that it took a couple hours to get the paper work wrapped up after we finalized the deal, but that was out of Justin's hands and he tried to hurry it along for us. More

STAY AWAY! Leasing deals not as advertised First question I asked salesman was whether the lease deal on my new CRV included any front-end or back-end fees and was told "no". After agreeing to First question I asked salesman was whether the lease deal on my new CRV included any front-end or back-end fees and was told "no". After agreeing to terms, got to the finance guy and lo and behold they're charging me $599 acquisition fee (upfront fee) and a $350 turn-in fee--- so basically there is BOTH a front-end AND back-end fee. Also charged an additional $599 for paperwork processing which included getting vehicle added to my insurance policy; Drove the CRV into DC and back the next day only to find later when I contacted my insurance company they knew nothing about the new vehicle and it wasn't shown on my account. So I drove an uninsured vehicle over 50 miles in DC traffic for an entire day without knowing it! Also found out after the fact that I'm paying 4.2% interest (charged money rate of 0.00175) with a credit score around 748 (roughly better than 80% of rest of the population but being charged like a homeless beggar with poor credit). Irony is I could have paid cash for the entire purchase price of the vehicle with nothing but my signature at my local bank--- without even a credit check. They lucked out---I broke my calculator day before I went into the dealership so didn't have way to check the numbers to see how bad a deal I was getting till after the fact. More
