We agreed upon the OTD price before we returned to the dealership and it was just a matter of completing the paperwork when we got there. Mike walked us through the features of the van and we finished in a relatively short amount of time. We even got a free safety inspection done while completing the transaction for our non-Honda as a nice perk for purchasing there. Overall, I would recommend Honda of Chantilly and Mike Matsos. More

Waste of time Michael Matsos contacted me via email to say he had a buyer who wanted my Jeep Wrangler Rubicon and to bring it in. I told him that I had an offer of Michael Matsos contacted me via email to say he had a buyer who wanted my Jeep Wrangler Rubicon and to bring it in. I told him that I had an offer of $35,500 holding but he insisted he would give me the KBB and NADA trade in to private party value ($36,000-$38,000). My truck is pristine and garage kept so I figured this would be no problem. Brought it in the next day to get a wholesale offer of $32,000, (over $4,000 less than what he stated, and less than my current offer!). Obviously he wasn't wholesaling this vehicle if he had somebody interested. Just a dealership who is looking to scam people out of several thousand dollars and to waste people's time. More
