My salesman Christian made it a great experience I live in Kentucky and saw the car on the internet at a great price. I called the dealership to confirm the price and some facts about the vehicle. I went online and checked the reviews for the dealership and with this information I felt confident in booking the flight. I think when you are buying a car in the fashion that I did (and usually do) the dealership ratings will either give you the confidence to get on a plane with a one way ticket or not. I must say I was pleased when I got to the dealership. They are very busy but my salesman Christian picked me up at the airport in my car and stuck by my side for the whole experience. The car seemed to need a battery. It was a hybrid and not having any experience with this type of car, I got in and the car seemed dead. I asked to have a new battery put in and with Christian's help, this was done expeditiously. Now that I have learned more about the car I think the original battery was probably ok and this was user error on my part but the point was that they reacted to my concerns quickly. You can imagine my nervousness in this situation as the car was my ride back to Kentucky. Overall the experience was great. I got a great car for a great price and my salesman and the dealership more than met my expectations. This was a refreshing experience and I recommend the dealership, and especially Christian, highly. More
