I bought my dream car! I was in a hurry to buy a car and Justin Sproles came to my rescue. We spoke on the phone and I told him what I was looking for. He did his research and had the cars ready for me to look at the next day. I was deciding between two cars and he pointed out everything that I needed to know on the two. I felt no pressure or impatience and Justin was knowledgeable on both models. After test driving, we sat down and he clearly informed me of all the costs – no hidden fees. I traded in my car and Justin was able to get me a great deal on my dream car. Within two hours, I was taking my new car home with me! He even set up my bluetooth and SiriusXM radio. He truly went above and beyond. Justin checked in a few days after my purchase to make sure everything was running smoothly. I am really enjoying my new car. It was a remarkably easy process. I could not have asked for a better car buying experience! I will definitely recommend Justin to friends and family. More

After a-lot of follow up, got them to agree to the original commitment they'd made. After that they went back on commitment on the accessories they had offered. And this happened after they made my wife (along with 2 kids) wait there for over 2 hours to sign the paperwork. The accessories only added to $350 or so but I insisted because of principal, and they accused me and my wife of lying. Needless to say, I left without a car. They can shove those accessories up their ***. These guys represent the WORST of car dealerships. Now I understand why this industry has such a bad name. Please avoid this dealership if you want to be excited about the experience of getting a new car. More

Great Sales Experience! I was in an unexpected rush to buy a new car when my last one was totaled in a hailstorm. Beyond the great general reviews and the known positive resell value of Hondas, Justin made it a phenomenol, personal sales experience. I had gone to a few other dealerships, not having any idea what I wanted to purchase, and just felt rushed by the pushy sales people that didn't really even take the time to show me the cars. I actually had to ask one guy if it was okay if I could take a look at the back/trunk space. Justin was not only professional, but he had this positive vibe about him. I felt like I was taking a test drive with a friend; a very knowledgable friend. He knew a lot about all of the cars (including comparable models of other brands) and showed me a lot of additional features I probably would have never figured out on my own. After I was completely sold on the car, Justin located the model and color I wanted. Unfortunately, they didn't have one on the lot, but he found one in transit and was honest about the expected arrival time. Honesty from a car salesman? You betcha! He was also able to secure me a rental car until my new car came through, which was above and beyond anything I would've expected from a car dealership. Fantastic sales person, awesome car, amazing experience. More
Exceptional Service I almost lost belief in Honda until I took my old Accord to Honda of Chantilly and they went out of their way to make sure I was taken care of. That same attention to detail and customer service rolls into their sales group and especially Justin. While looking for a car I was lucky enough to talk to him on the phone and meet that day. He has a great attitude and that rolls onto his customers. It was truly and enjoyable experience and that is something I have never had while buying a car. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Background: I had a price offer at Woodbridge for CIVIC LX 18,800 out of door price, but would like to check this dealership out first. 1. We walked into the dealership and stood there for 5 mins without a greeting. I did see some salesperson chatting around the reception area but no one seems to care. My feedback: If you don't want to serve your customer why the heck are you here? 2. Finally, we were approached by a short Asian man, his name is Jin Na, without any smile on his face. He asked our needs in a disrespectful tone. There were four of us and he was careless to say at least hi to anyone. My feedback: If you don't want to serve your customer why the heck are you here? 3. I told him our needs and ask him to see to provide us a test drive. He checked his computer and told us the module we are looking has been sold out at his dealership. I asked him if I have any option? He told me that they still have LX with Sensing available. I told him it's fine, can I have a test drive for the LX sensing and place a future order for the LX? He ignored me and asks me how much I'm willing to pay for the car. I told him something around $19,000. He told me there is no way he would sell me the car for $19,000. I told him that I already got an offer from other dealership, why would you match it? He literarily told me that he careless about other dealership's price. It's 40 mins away from here and this dealership has many other sucker willing to pay for higher price, there is no need to match price. I silent.......... My feedback: My yelp friends, please don't be that sucker! you deserve better! 4. I ask him if I can still test drive the car and negotiate the price with him later. He responded with "NO, I'm not ganna show you anything". if you don't buy from us, I won't increase my car's mileage for you. My feedback: Is this how Honda works now? Now I swear to the God, I will not buy a Honda in my life time. Even I was in market for a mini Van and another compact car. This dealership is totally disgusting. First Time Car Buying Experience - Fantastic! I bought my first car over the weekend and had been corresponding back and forth with Justin for a few months before coming in to buy. Admittedly an unconventional way of buying a car, Justin was always available and responsive to answer my questions. Justin even went above and beyond to get me the exact model and trim I wanted in the exact color I wanted. Justin laid out the cost for me in a clear and concise manner and there were no hidden fees or confusing costs. I met with Jay Palani for financing and warranty options. Jay laid out all options and explained everything clearly. I felt no pressure to buy coverage that I didn't feel I needed and Jay even worked to bundle together exactly what I need to lay out the cost clearly. Jay also walked through all documentation with me and answered every question I had regarding specific line items and wording of various contracts. For my first time car buying experience, I cannot recommend Honda of Chantilly, Justin and Jay enough!! More

Justin really takes the to know his client and then builds the car buying experience to best meet that client's needs. Without any doubt, he is the most impressive salesperson that I have ever had the pleasure to work with. Almost everything was prepared prior to our arrival, leaving only a few "day of sale events" like color selection and financing, which were extremely quick and easy. If you are in the market for a Honda, go to Honda of Chantilly and ask for Jason Sproles. More

He was finishing with another customer when we arrived (we were early) but got the car pulled around into the shade for us to take a look. He was extremely knowledgeable and incredibly patient with us (our 2 year old was a bit manic). Definitely go see Justin if you want a quick and seamless experience. More
