Honda of Chantilly states on their website that they will honor any local Honda dealers coupons. Showed the service advisor the local competitor's oil change coupon and they refused to honor. Drove a few miles to the competitor's dealership where they accepted the coupon and did a fantastic job. When it's time to buy a new car, guess where I'll be going?? It won't be Honda of Chantilly!! I saw a post for a 2014 Honda Accord Coupe on CARS. COM. This was going to be a graduation gift for my son. I wanted something that was going to last for many years and not be too expensive to maintain. COM. This was going to be a graduation gift for my son. I scheduled an appointment for a test drive and my salesman Jimmy Posada went out of his way to schedule a convenient time as I was coming from out of state. I loved the car after the test drive, and after reviewing the carfax report and seeing that all the maintenance was up to date (the dealer had even recently replaced the timing belt in preparation for sale), I completed the purchase. I took the car for a vehicle inspection in Maryland, and surprisingly the vehicle did NOT pass! The rear brake rotors were below the minimum specifications for Maryland (although the car did pass a VA state inspection a week prior to my purchase). I reached out to my salesman who put me in touch with one of the managers in the service department. The manager called me and we discussed my issue and were able to come to an arrangement where the dealer would cover the cost of the parts and I would pay for the labor to get the vehicle up to inspection standards even though they had no responsibility to do so. I consider that great customer service and I thank Honda of Chantilly for standing behind their products. My son loves the vehicle and it should provide him years of driving pleasure. I will definitely consider Honda of Chantilly for future vehicle purchases, as I hold customer service in high regard in all business dealings. I received a great car at a fair price and established a relationship with a dealership that understands the value of customer service. Thanks Jimmy, and all of the employees I worked with at Honda of Chantilly for a very positive car buying experience. More

Syed Pirzada met us in the lot and was very amiable and knowledgeable without being pushy. He did his best to honestly point out the aspects of each used vehicle we looked at and was both a helpful resou knowledgeable without being pushy. This dealership has almost the highest prices in the DMV region. I have dealt with this location for service as well and the service was very poor. Called in about a Tesla, interested in it for the Tax credit. Salesman told me my DMV handles all of that, which is not true. Sent him the IRS webpage on what is needed from the dealership for me to take credit. Salesman told me my DMV handles all of that, which is not true. In December 2022 I purchased a pre-owned car, and the experience was sobering. Right after signing the contract, I realized some noise was coming from the front wheels. At their service I learned that I needed to pay $1,700 to replace the struts. This came after the salesman, Mr. Pirzada, assured me that the dealer will fix all the issues on the car. As soon as I signed the contract, they changed the tune: "The struts are not essential to pass the inspection, you have to pay $1,700". On the way out, he handed me ONE key, and said - it will cost $350 to get another copy of the key. Finally, he forgot to mail my documents to DMV, so I waited 2 months to receive the car registration. I have a deep regret for doing business with Honda of Chantilly. More
We visited in nye 2022 and Camille was quick to meet us on the lot and get us in a test drive quickly. I had actually looked at these reviews prior and was happy she was the first contact as I saw many wer on the lot and get us in a test drive quickly.
