He was extremely friendly, laid back, personable and honest which made the process enjoyable. He even had a few clients overlapping but we never felt like we weren't a priority or that we were waiting on him to move on to the next step (he was literally running across the dealership). The sales st These guys screwed me with a Certified Pre Owned Honda Accord Coupe. The vehicle was a 2010 and had a major problem with oil consumption. The sales staff used intimidation tactics, particularly from the sales manager to get me to leave when I returned and requested a buyback. The problem with oil consumption is, you won't know you have the issue until well after you have driven the car (6000+ miles). I visited about four other Honda dealers (much time wasted) who told me to return to the origin of the vehicle and get it serviced there. The service department would give me the runaround when I returned the car after the oil consumption test began. When I checked the oil, they repeatedly overfilled it and it indicated well above the fill line. They did this so that the oil consumption test would pass. I have full documentation to back this up. I would not trust any Certified pre owned vehicle from Honda of Chantilly. Nor would I trust their service department. Their only goal is to crank the music and move vehicles. They do not care about their customers. I was very patient and well informed as a buyer. No matter how much research I did on this vehicle, I was left stranded with it as a first time car buyer. They treated me with little to no respect and did not consider for a second that they would make things right with me if it affected their own bottom line. I feel totally cheated. More

We at this point only had phone contact but he honored his statements to the letter when I showed up the next day to buy the car. He is great and the process was incredibly easy. Highly recommend Justin and the dealership that stands behind him. Rob, who handled the documents, was also a pleasure to work with. More

We went to test drive the explorer the battery was dead which we thought was no big deal but probably should have seen the signs then. Very next day after we purchased it the battery was dead again. Called our sales guy, as he said to call him if any issues,and he promised to call us back but never did. We sucked it up and brought the 200 dollar battery but who wants to have to do that right after purchasing the vehicle. Skip to the latest mishap, on our way back from vacation I was following behind my husband with the rest of our family in our other SUV when a piece off the side near the windshield literally flew off and nearly missed hitting our windshield if I hadn't swerved. The explorer is a 2013 but who would expect to have pieces falling off of it when we've only had the thing for a month and two weeks. I called the dealership and haven't heard back yet but they better be ready to do something to make this right because someone could have really been hurt! More

Both of us agreed on the out-the-door price the day before over the phone. There was no further haggling or gimmicks once I got there to complete the purchase. The whole process once I got to the dealership took less than 2 hours to complete. I highly recommend Justin. You will not be disappointed. More

I bought my dream car! I was in a hurry to buy a car and Justin Sproles came to my rescue. We spoke on the phone and I told him what I was looking for. He did his research and had the cars ready for me to look at the next day. I was deciding between two cars and he pointed out everything that I needed to know on the two. I felt no pressure or impatience and Justin was knowledgeable on both models. After test driving, we sat down and he clearly informed me of all the costs – no hidden fees. I traded in my car and Justin was able to get me a great deal on my dream car. Within two hours, I was taking my new car home with me! He even set up my bluetooth and SiriusXM radio. He truly went above and beyond. Justin checked in a few days after my purchase to make sure everything was running smoothly. I am really enjoying my new car. It was a remarkably easy process. I could not have asked for a better car buying experience! I will definitely recommend Justin to friends and family. More

They went back on their commitment several times, first they offered a different price on the trade-in and then went back. After a-lot of follow up, got them to agree to the original commitment they'd made. After that they went back on commitment on the accessories they had offered. And this happened after they made my wife (along with 2 kids) wait there for over 2 hours to sign the paperwork. The accessories only added to $350 or so but I insisted because of principal, and they accused me and my wife of lying. Needless to say, I left without a car. They can shove those accessories up their ***. These guys represent the WORST of car dealerships. Now I understand why this industry has such a bad name. Please avoid this dealership if you want to be excited about the experience of getting a new car. More
