Justin went line by line through my spreadsheet to ensure we had the exact configuration of the vehicle, accessories, pricing, and finance -very few salespeople take the time to do this with experienced customers who know the exact structure of the buying process. I am not very knowledgable when it comes to cars, so my father helped me with the research process. He contacted Saxon Reynolds at Honda of Chantilly about pricing for a new 2017 Civic. I knew I was definitely interested in getting another Honda as I had been happy with my other Civic. After phone and email communication about pricing during the week with Saxon, we arranged to come to Honda on a Saturday to see the car and meet with him. He had the 2017 Civic in my preferred color ready for us out front. Saxon gave me a run down of all the new features in the car, showed me how they worked, went on a test drive, and then thoroughly answered all of my questions. He was friendly, knowledgable, and professional. He did not put any pressure on me to make the purchase, which was greatly appreciated. I could tell that he genuinely wanted me to be happy with my purchase and wasn't simply trying to make a sale. I ended up purchasing the car on that same visit. He listened intently, told me what was in the inventory, and politely offered a NEW 2016 Honda CR-V for a touch over what I was looking for.
