I e-mailed Justin on Wed night and told him what I was looking for. He responded immediately and arranged a meeting for the following morning at 11:45am. We quickly agreed on the purchase price of the new car plus the end of year incentives that would be applied. In addition we agreed on a fair trade in value for my old Accord that was immediately applied to the new car deal. In addition my financing arrangement was approved in very short order and in less then 60 minutes the deal was done. By 2pm I drove off the lot with my new Accord minus my old car which was turned over to the used car operation. Justin and the support staff at the agency were outstanding and extremely professional. I highly recommend Justin and this dealership. This is the 2nd new car I purchased here in the past 18 months with both transactions resulting in a favorable customer experience. Dan More

FANTASTIC CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! My wife and I just purchased a 2016 Honda HRV from Honda of Chantilly on Black Friday and the service we received from Justin Sproles was FANTASTIC!!! My wife and I just purchased a 2016 Honda HRV from Honda of Chantilly on Black Friday and the service we received from Justin Sproles was FANTASTIC!!! I had set an appointment up with Justin for my wife and I to meet with him and test drive the HRV. Justin met us at the door at our appointment time and took the time to listen to what my wife wanted in a vehicle. Justin's knowledge of the vehicle and making sure my wife and I knew all the ins and outs was very helpful. Justin made sure my wife was able to see all of the options when it came to the interior and moved heaven and earth to find exactly what she wanted. Since we test drove the vehicle in the day light I asked Justin if we could take it out at dark to see how we liked driving it and he did not even hesitate and we were off test driving again. Justin knew exactly what we wanted our monthly payment to be and again he moved mountains to make it happen. I have to say all the vehicles I have purchased this was the best experience I have ever had and its all because of Justin. More
