FANTASTIC CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! My wife and I just purchased a 2016 Honda HRV from Honda of Chantilly on Black Friday and the service we received from Justin Sproles was FANTASTIC!!! My wife and I just purchased a 2016 Honda HRV from Honda of Chantilly on Black Friday and the service we received from Justin Sproles was FANTASTIC!!! I had set an appointment up with Justin for my wife and I to meet with him and test drive the HRV. Justin met us at the door at our appointment time and took the time to listen to what my wife wanted in a vehicle. Justin's knowledge of the vehicle and making sure my wife and I knew all the ins and outs was very helpful. Justin made sure my wife was able to see all of the options when it came to the interior and moved heaven and earth to find exactly what she wanted. Since we test drove the vehicle in the day light I asked Justin if we could take it out at dark to see how we liked driving it and he did not even hesitate and we were off test driving again. Justin knew exactly what we wanted our monthly payment to be and again he moved mountains to make it happen. I have to say all the vehicles I have purchased this was the best experience I have ever had and its all because of Justin. More

I am not very knowledgable when it comes to cars, so my father helped me with the research process. He contacted Saxon Reynolds at Honda of Chantilly about pricing for a new 2017 Civic. I knew I was definitely interested in getting another Honda as I had been happy with my other Civic. After phone and email communication about pricing during the week with Saxon, we arranged to come to Honda on a Saturday to see the car and meet with him. He had the 2017 Civic in my preferred color ready for us out front. Saxon gave me a run down of all the new features in the car, showed me how they worked, went on a test drive, and then thoroughly answered all of my questions. He was friendly, knowledgable, and professional. He did not put any pressure on me to make the purchase, which was greatly appreciated. I could tell that he genuinely wanted me to be happy with my purchase and wasn't simply trying to make a sale. I ended up purchasing the car on that same visit.
