He's condescending, rude, and should not be trying to sell anything to anyone. The way he treated us still has me angry and annoyed 3 days after the fact. We were talked down to, told we couldn't afford his cars, and treated very disrespectfully. I will keep finding every way to review and and criticize Assanti's customer relation behavior until I get even his DJ gigs on the weekends shut down. We will never visit this establishment again and will make sure to tell everyone we know to never do business with them. To Honda of Chantilly, if you want to be a respectable place of business, get rid of Assanti at once More
Nightmare Dealership Experience Sales manager Asanti was extremely rude and condescending today at the dealership. His behavior was unprofessional and started raising his voice to a point where people were looking. We ended up talking to the general manager about his behavior. I'm unsure if he was trying to play games as a sales tactic, but as an experienced car buyer of more than 10+ cars in the last decade, I have never experienced sales managers being this rude. You are much better off going to Tysons or Fairfax Honda. Would be very surprised if Asanti has had success or experience in selling cars More

To soon to tell Recently purchased a 2017 CRV EXL ALL WHEEL DRIVE to replace my Pilot. Worked with Saxon Reynolds. Nice young accommodating young man. I was surprised he neglected to tell us about some of the features e.g adjusting high beams, however I realize there are are so many things on these cars something might be overlooked. I found the finance guy to be a little pushy and not forth coming with all his answers. Hard sell on a lot of the packages but not the hardest I have experienced in my car buying experience. Service too soon to tell. Had to come back for a minor thing and it took two visits. Problem appeared to be lack of communication. I check yes to the recommendation question for this dealership, but to be honest I consider service the most important piece of the puzzle. Let's face it the car is the car, where ever you buy it. The salesman, if he is good , will know his product, smile and work with you. It the service department that you work with for a much longer period of time and that you must feel comfortable and happy with. Too soon to tell. More

Untrustworthy service What is this world coming to when you can’t trust the service at a DEALERSHIP! I took my car in for a bad front passenger bearing because I wanted th What is this world coming to when you can’t trust the service at a DEALERSHIP! I took my car in for a bad front passenger bearing because I wanted the job to be done by a certified Honda mechanic. I agreed upon the charges which were exaggerated, but expected. A couple hours later I got a call from the Honda service department saying that the knuckle had cracked because it was bridle from the heat that the bearing had caused. Very unlikely but it happens, this whole time I thought it cracked around the bearing. Then I got the part back and you can clearly see that the mechanic did not know how to use the press and broke the knuckle. So I paid an extra $300 for the mechanics mistake. You can see for yourself by picture below that the mechanic screwed up and didn't want to own to it. Lessons to take away from this, don’t trust this dealership and always ask for the old parts back. Excellent Service and great training I visisted Honda Chantily as I submitted a inquiry on their website. I got a phone call from a guy named Russel not long after. Went to the dealer th I visisted Honda Chantily as I submitted a inquiry on their website. I got a phone call from a guy named Russel not long after. Went to the dealer the next morning, very clean and spacious place. Russel is a warm young man that nicely sit with us and introduced the cars, and insisted that we test drive (we tested drive at another place). His service is very much thanked here though during test drive my wife carefully viewed the interior of the car and disliked it a lot. Russel was very patient with us and went through a list of other options -- they did not have the color we liked in stock, however. While we ended up buying the car else where which did happen to have that in stock, we highly recommend this place as the employees are obviously well trained -- warm and known the drill and inviting you to test drive (without pressuring you to buy) is definitely their standard. Russel himself is a very nice and proficient salesman as well. More
