Non threatening, got keys right away for the car I was interested in. Didn't waste time with usual BS that salesmen tend to do. Showed me features and I did the test drive right then. He was very knowledgeable, polite, and professional. I loved that we talked about the price before they did evaluation on my trade in. I hate how some dealers take your keys immediately to evaluate your trade in and then you are held hostage. Sadly the dealership was very busy because of holiday weekend so had to wait our turn to see the finance person (Mike Chinn) but once it was our turn, we were out quickly. We didn't have the usual "check with my manager" delays either. Loved the experience and would recommend Zak! More

I got a great deal, easy financing process (thanks also Jabrel) and I was out of the dealer ship in about 2.5 hours. I am now the proud owner of a 2017 Honda Civic. Would do it all again! More

Great Customer Service! I searched several dealerships online and in person before coming to Honda of Chantilly. I had another local Honda give me the run-around and not rea I searched several dealerships online and in person before coming to Honda of Chantilly. I had another local Honda give me the run-around and not really try to get me what I wanted. I inquired on a vehicle online about 11pm one night and Justin Sproles actually replied! He worked very hard every step of the way and got me the best financing available and also got the car I wanted (hard to find pilot touring in my fav colors) from another dealership and stayed VERY late on a Friday night just to get me my new car :) Couldn't be happier! Love my new favorite Honda dealership! More
