However, I did som Dear Honda of Chantilly, On Saturday, Sept. 30, my husband and I shopped cars at Carmax. We were planning to return on Sunday. However, I did some internet research early in the morning and found the 2016 Honda CR-V for sale. I immediately sent Justin Sproles a note and he responded within 45 minutes. I was very impressed with his responsiveness. We met at noon, and he went over the car details thoroughly. We bought the CR-V. He made the buying process seamless, as did the Finance Manager Rob Fracker. The price of the CR-V was acceptable and we were thankful that Honda of Chantilly matched out Carmax quote for the Hyundai Sonata we were trading in. We appreciated with knowledgeable but no pressure (as we have experienced at other dealerships) approach during the closing process. As it turned out, my husband fell in love with a 2017 Accord and we bought that as well. It was double work for both Justin and Rob, but they made the process very enjoyable. This is our first Honda experience, and we would definitely recommend your dealership to friends and family. Thank you, Paula Junker More

Very happy with experience buying at Honda of Chantilly I recently purchased a new Honda CR-V with the help of Justin Sproles. I had a lot to learn when I decided to replace my 2004 Toyota Camry -- the tec I recently purchased a new Honda CR-V with the help of Justin Sproles. I had a lot to learn when I decided to replace my 2004 Toyota Camry -- the technology is SO different. I looked at Toyota (2 dealerships), Subaru, Hyundai, and Honda (three dealerships). Justin brought me up to date on the CR-V. He was pleasant and knowledgeable. He showed me how certain features worked while he drove, and then switched to let me try it out. His presentation convinced me that the Honda CR-V was the way to go. Unlike other dealers, he didn't make me wait in the hot sun or walk up and down and up and down rows of vehicles searching for one that I could drive. (Thank you Honda of Chantilly for leaving some of the vehicle doors open so that he didn't have to run in to get a key for every car I wanted to see inside.) I am confident that we worked out a good price. I checked with five other Honda dealers before going with Honda of Chantilly. One didn't respond, one came in $2200 more, one was $1700 more, and one responded but wouldn't provide a firm price. Justin earned my business with his knowledgeable and courteous presentation of the vehicle, responsiveness to questions, and ultimately, offering the best pricing among five local Honda dealers (thanks to Asanti as well). When the color combination I wanted wasn't in stock, he reserved one that was on it's way to Chantilly so that I would have it within days. Justin even took my old car (the Camry) off my hands for the same price that I was going to sell it for on Craigslist. Made my life easy! When I notified another dealer (who is actually closer to my home than Honda of Chantilly) that I had decided to go with another dealer, I got two nasty emails back from the sales person. Very unprofessional. Won't be taking my new CR-V there for servicing! I'm going back to Honda of Chantilly because of the great experience all around! More

Despite that, we took the best numbers we had from another Honda dealer and presented them to Honda of Chantilly and asked them to match the offer - which they did. We only returned to Honda of Chantilly because Mike Reeves earned our loyalty and thus we purchased the car from Honda of Chantilly because of him. He sold us and we did not know him prior to stopping by Honda of Chantilly. More

We were in the market for a new vehicle and were interested in buying a new 2017 Honda Pilot. Our salesman Zak Rhodes made us feel comfortable in the showroom from the very start. He showed us around, guided us through the various models they had available, and fully explained the options of each. He was very informative, well versed in the features of each car, and patiently answered every question of ours and we had many! Zak delivered incredible customer service and made our car buying experience a pleasant one. We were so pleased that we ended up buying two vehicles a Pilot and an Accord Hybrid. I must say that this was our best car shopping experience ever. More
