His integrity and willingness to provide excellent service is uncommon even in this service industry. Working harmoniously with his Sales manager and finance consultant the process of purchasing my car went smoothly and quickly. We got the most informative test drive I have ever had, we were able to spend as much time as we needed and were able to go wherever we wanted in order to see how the car handled. He paid attention to all the details and everything that he had control over went very smoothly. However, considering it was a Wednesday afternoon with very few customers, we waited for over an hour to talk to the financial manager when we were not getting financing and waited another hour and a half more for the car detailing to be done. The detailing was not even complete when they delivered the car to the front of the dealership because Zak had to go back to get the floormats and had to remove the film from the gas and hood release levers.
