From our initial contact online to our emails back and forth to meeting him in person, all was pleasant and professional and not the usual games you can experience in buying a car, Justin was quick to respond to my questions and made the whole process of relocating to a new state for a family member very easy and efficient. The process of buying the car was extremely pleasant. We had the car picked out ahead of time. We flew in and drove straight to the car dealership from the airport where Justin was waiting with the car ready for us to test drive. He demonstrated for us all the safety features then let us experience driving the car. The paperwork was efficient and Rob who handled financing was great to work with as well. The whole process took less than 2 hours and that included adding side molding that we confirmed we wanted once we got to the dealership. That was nice as we didn't have to make a return trip to get the molding installed later. Highly recommend them for your best car buying experience! More

You should buy your Honda from Zak Rhodes My son and I visited Zak Rhodes several months ago while evaluating several cars for my son. Without applying any pressure, Zak listened to my son and helped him through the evaluation of a handful of Honda models. There was never any sense that he needed to "close the deal" before we left the dealership. He (and the sales manager) respected that we weren't looking to buy immediately. This past weekend, we returned to the dealership and asked for Zak. I have bought a lot of cars in my lifetime, but none have been easier or smoother than buying the 2018 Accord Sport from Zak. During the entire process, Zak did everything he could to make the process enjoyable while never being pushy or playing any games. I really felt like he had my son's best interests in mind, and it made my decision to buy an easy one. Zak got me the price I wanted, the rate I wanted, and masterfully managed the process all the way through the delivery of the vehicle. Worst Customer Service I had my brand new car serviced(oil change) at the end of summer, for the windshield washer fluid they used summer fluid. In Dec 2017, on my way to Ph I had my brand new car serviced(oil change) at the end of summer, for the windshield washer fluid they used summer fluid. In Dec 2017, on my way to Philly, the summer fluid was frozen and salt was on glass, I was not able to drive. When I called the service dept, their customer service was not agreeing to the fact it was their issue. How would the customer know like what fluid they used during servicing?? More
