Zak Rhodes Delivered My wife and I came in to Honda of Chantilly to test drive a Honda Civic. Zak was our salesperson and he couldn't have done a better job. He took us on a test drive and was able to demonstrate and explain all of the features of the car in a way that was not overwhelming, but very informative. Many times a salesperson either doesn't know a whole lot or they run through what they know so quickly it's difficult to absorb. Zak was very friendly and easy to talk to. We never felt pressured at any time. He simply showed us what a great car the Civic is. We thought about it and the next weekend arranged to come in and buy the Civic with a trade in. I researched both the trade-in value and the new Civic value on Kelly Blue Book, so I had an idea of what we should get. They were right on the money within $100. I would recommend working with Zak. He knows Hondas and other makes as well. More

When we arrived we met with Justin who said he was tied up finishing a deal and so we did not have to wait he introduced Zak as our salesman and we explained to him what we were thinking about doing and 8 cars later we found one. Zak was as eager to help with the eight as the first. Zak knew the answers to just about every question we had on any of the cars and was quick to show us the advantages of each and what would likely best suit our needs. Zak was excellent to work with and very attentive, and he never took time away for phone calls or anything that was not related to helping us buy a car. I've bought a lot of cars but will definitely be going back to see Zak and Saxon when the time comes. Michael in the finance office was excellent as well, offering services but never pushy and worked with us to get the coverage that best suited. Thanks to all involved! More

He was able to find the exact car I wanted to drive, and he had me in the car and on my way that same evening! He even took the time to show me how all the new features worked in my Accord Touring 2.0. Business Manager Tim Rowan walked us through the options available for our new car purchase and helped us choose the right fit for us. We had already been at the other dealership for HOURS talking price, and Micheal Reeves made an offer worth our while to leave where we were to purchase it at Honda of Chantilly. He was true to his word on beating the price as stated when we got there, AND they had the color of vehicle I actually wanted (I was going to settle at other place with very limited on-the-lot options).
