Normally you can walk into a dealership and tell them what your looking at or want and its 3 to 5 hour ordeal. I walked in last Saturday and within 2 hours i was driving off in the car i wanted. The staff at Honda of Chantilly is simply amazing and very organized. I cant say the same for other local Honda dealerships we shopped as well. They are far above the rest and really care about making the process smooth and efficient. More

Great car buying experience I recently purchased a Honda HRV from Honda of Chantilly. From the first contact, it was a positive experience. I used TrueCar to connect with several I recently purchased a Honda HRV from Honda of Chantilly. From the first contact, it was a positive experience. I used TrueCar to connect with several dealerships. Zak Rhodes was the only sales consultant who contacted me via txt, my preferred communication method. His initial txts were informative and friendly and immediately, he was the guy I wanted to work with. It took me a few more weeks to decide on a car, but when I contacted Zak, he remembered exactly who I was and the car I was interested in. When I told him that I wanted to visit his dealership that evening, he had everything ready for me even though I arrived early. While we test drove the car, he explained some of the cool features. Upon our return to the dealership, he was able to quickly go through the car buying process. I had a loan offer from my credit union. Zak challenged me to see if they could get me a better deal and they did! Jay Palani was able to get me a lower interest rate even though the one I had from my credit union was very low. Jay got my financing completed in record time. Then Zak met me at my car and went through some of the techy features. He was so helpful and patient. It has been a long time since I've purchased a new car. I have to say, the whole experience was fantastic from the first contact through the sale and financing. I will recommend Honda of Chantilly to anyone in the market for a new car. More
