We had NO intention of buying a car that day, and actually had an appointme We would like to share our incredibly positive experience with Zak Rhodes. We had NO intention of buying a car that day, and actually had an appointment at another dealership ( which we never made!) We have had some less than pleasant experiences buying cars in the past, and we were not looking forward to dealing with high pressured salespeople. Zak greeted us politely, but not aggressively in any way. He asked us what we were interested in and when we said we were just looking, he did not pressure us in any way. Since I had just been involved in an accident in which the Insurer considered the car a total loss, it was very important for me to buy a car that had all the newest safety features. I had done quite a bit of research, and knew what I wanted. We wanted to look at Honda Civic, which claimed to ave these features. Zak showed us a car on the sales floor and pointed all the safety features we were looking for. He was very patient in explaining all the other features of the car as well. We just took out time and Zak never pressured us. The car actually had more features on it than I thought I would find in the price range. He took us for a test drive, and explained and demonstrated all the safety features as well as the numerous computerized programs on the car. He was friendly and answered my many questions, but never tried to push us into buying the car. He gave my husband and I time to talk about it, and although we had not planned to buy a car that day, we decided to buy the one we were shown. I feel that although I loved the car, it was really Zak that made me feel comfortable in making the purchase with his kind and gentle manner. He was also very patient with me when I came to pick up the car and asked a lot of questions about the many features of the car. This time, it was different, we liked going to the Honda of Chantilly, and my kids loved Ryan. I recently got a new job that was going to require a long commute, and I needed a small efficient and reliable car. They had a 2007 Honda Fit that was precisely what I needed. We also needed a new family vehicle for my wife to drive as both of our cars had over 140,000 miles on them. Make a long story short in addition to my used Honda Fit we also bought a new 2018 Honda Pilot Touring. We dealt with Louis in Finance, who was excellent as well, and we did purchase the Honda care and Honda's maintenance plan. Honda has a great product line with some outstanding and convenient warranty options to keep the Honda on the road. I have some advice to anyone buying any car from any dealership. Educate yourself on all the products at the dealership from the vehicle itself, accessories, extended warranties, financing etc. Also, be reasonable, and understand this is a profit-driven business. This will help you make the best decision for you and/or your family and make the car buying experience go much more smoothly. We had a great experience, they rolled out the red carpet treatment for us, and I have already recommended Honda of Chantilly and Ryan to many of my friends. More

My wife and I were in the market for a 2018 Honda CRV. After soliciting prices online from multiple dealers, and speaking to a few, Zak called. He was up front, down to earth, and gave us, by all accounts, the lowest quote out the door of all the dealers in the area. We made an appointment for 12 the next day. When we arrived Zak had the two different cars we were interested in waiting for us. We arrived a few minutes before the dealership even opened and he was already there, keys in hand, ready for a test drive. His knowledge of the car was immediately evident as there was no question he could not immediately answer. Knowing he trusted his family in this car solidified the decision. Zak is also just really easy to talk to. There was no overselling, no pushiness, just a really easy and stress free transaction. Even while waiting for the trade appraisal and subsequently finance Zak ensured we were comfortable and taken care of, even buying me a drink. After signing the contract Zak took us out, put the tags on the car, and wiped down the car even further with a cloth himself after it had been detailed. We left that dealer with every feature we could want set up. There was no doubt we knew every inch of that vehicle. Zak ensured we were even home in enough time for the Cowboys game. He spent extra time explaining the new computerized functions which made us very confident that we will maximize all the great features the CR-V has to offer.
