However, my experience with the folks at Honda of Chantilly has given me a new appreciation for how the experience can go in the hands of a sales team motivated only by ensuring that the customer’s needs are placed above completing a sale - not that the two are mutually exclusive. In particular, my uncle and I were taken care of by a pair of exceptional salesmen in Zak and Jin. Zak, who had just come back from some time off, immediately stepped in and spent the majority of the afternoon listening to what we were looking for, answering our questions, and working on our behalf to get us a good, honest deal. Ultimately, I know people only read these reviews to make sure that they’re getting the best deal possible. In the end, getting that deal comes down to finding oneself in the hands of folks who see the value in establishing a connection with potential clients as the end rather than the means.
