How Car Buying Should Be I immediately needed a car after coming back from my overseas post and I could not have made a better choice by coming to Honda of Chantilly. Walking I immediately needed a car after coming back from my overseas post and I could not have made a better choice by coming to Honda of Chantilly. Walking into the lobby, I instantly noticed how clean and vibrant the place appeared. It was welcoming to say the least. I was promptly greeted by a nice receptionist who took no hesitation to introduce me to my salesperson, Zak Rhodes. We sat down together and brainstormed possible vehicle options and he really understood what I had in mind with utmost consideration. Zak knew what I wanted a car so well that the first car he showed me was the one I fell in love with. After a great test drive, he diligently explained the car’s safety features and quirks. I was impressed by how knowledgeable he was about this car. He was practically a living owners manual for the car. He simmered down all the feelings of uneasiness I had from before about the car and answered all my questions in a professional manner. It was at this point that I fully trusted Zak to have my best intentions in mind and to help me own this car. We smoothly moved through the paperwork and I soon met Rob Fraker. Not only was he comfortable to talk to, he had a great way with words to break down some terminology I had no idea about. If he was a teacher, all the students would be getting straight A’s and getting into the Ivy Leagues because he made sure I understood what I was doing. Towards the end, Zak helped me get situated in my car and set up the infotainment system for me. I had a few more last minute questions for Zak and he helped me until the very end. If there was a role model all salespersons should aspire to be like, it is Zak Rhodes. Professional and helpful from the moment I shook his hand to the time I saw him in my rear view mirror as I drove off the lot. My experience could not have been better here and I absolutely will be coming back and referring this dealership to my friends and family. I know they will enjoy their experience as much as I did. Especially if they work with Zak and Rob, such friendly men who will always have a seat at my table during Thanksgiving dinner. I could not speak highly enough about the demeanor of these men and Honda of Chantilly. More
