Wonderful experience buying my Jeep from Jessica! The process was very smooth and she was very kind and knowledgeable, highly recommended! AVOID!!!! Quote Low ..Charge HIGH!!! Avoid!! Dont trust Michael at the Service Desk. He will quote low price over the phone and then charge you more when it is time to pay up. We were looking to buy a 2020 Honda Ridgeline RTL-E in Obsidian Blue. We had contacted several dealerships who had a difficult time locating that exact model. Gladys at Honda of Chantilly was the first to locate one and contact us. We had 2 vehicles to trade in which made the transaction a bit more of a challenge. But Gladys, with the coordination of Sales Manager Rob Ferris, made it happen at something very close to our desired price point. Nice and grate rep I went there for leasing Honda Odyssey. I hate to wait and get negotiate back and forth for so many times. This one doesn't have that.
