I Just bought a used car from Honda of Chantilly over the weekend, and I am very impressed by the great service i got from the Sales person by the name of Rebecca Cornelius. She is Knowledgable, friendly, re weekend, and I am very impressed by the great service i got from the Sales person by the name of Rebecca Cornelius. She is Knowledgable, friendly, respectful, efficient, and most of all willing to see to it that my needs are met before I walked out of there. With that kind of treatment, if I had to, I was willing to buy a different car from her instead of going somewhere else. lucky for me, i was happy with my first choice and i walked out a happy man. Stay away from Honda of Chantilly Overcharging and charging ridiculous fees for stating the obvious. I was charged $120 for diagnosing a issue that clearly abundant when i brought the Overcharging and charging ridiculous fees for stating the obvious. I was charged $120 for diagnosing a issue that clearly abundant when i brought the car into them and they said we need to diagnose it and once they did they wanted to charge me $400 for a metal splash guard cover that goes on the under body of the car. Went to Honda of fairfax after declining their estimate they still charged me the $120 "Diagnostic Fee" complete and utter nonsense. I went to fairfax honda and they replaced it for free and said that part is not even worth $400. Complete lies from that dealership and charged me $120 for absolutely nothing. Stay away from these scam artists Especially the Service manager Amin Khatib he is a huge scam artist looking to make a quick buck and take advantage of people in situations where they have no choice because they accidentally came there. Threatened that he wouldn't release my car if i didn't pay the $120 diagnostic fee. He truly was hoping i would pay $424 for no reason and he would make a quick buck off a bad situation. I want A REFUND for this ridiculous fee. More

Our sales consultant (Angel Seklawi) was friendly, professional and very knowledgeable about the various minivan models and offerings. Went back there more than once and had a good experience with everyone on the team. Also, it was a very clean facility. Entire staff wore face masks properly, provided hand sanitizer, offered us masks, etc. Highly recommend this dealership! Also recommend the GORGEOUS Odyssey Elite! You will NOT be disappointed. More
