Our car was going to be “totaled” because of the amount of rodent damage. Chris Caracciolo and his team in service did an incredible job!! He kept us up to date with progress. I can't say enough about this dealership, Derrek Spring, Bobby Maynard, and the whole crew are fantastic. My 2017 Honda CRV was involved in an accident and was totaled by the insurance on 9/18/20. On 9/19/ Bobby Maynard, and the whole crew are fantastic. My 2017 Honda CRV was involved in an accident and was totaled by the insurance on 9/18/20. On 9/19/20 (my bd) I had to go buy a new car. The CRV I wanted wasn't on the lot. Derrek and Bobby went above and beyond to find the car and located it in Lynnwood. I thought I was going to have to wait a few days to get it, but no Derrek drove to Lynnwood that day to get the car so I could have it for my bd.
