The business manager said she would make sure it would get done in the next day. If I hadn't heard from service, I should call her. I hadn't heard from service, I called the business manager, and she was off that day. So I recruited Bethany, who helped me get a hold of service the next day. I took the car in, and got a loaner, but I heard nothing in 10 days. There was no message on my voice mail, and no call to my office. So that is why I can only give 3 stars for this transaction. More

Very happy with the service we received I' had been researching vehicles for the past few months. We narrowed down the possibilities to a Honda CR V and a Subaru Outback. Our longtime and I' had been researching vehicles for the past few months. We narrowed down the possibilities to a Honda CR V and a Subaru Outback. Our longtime and trusted mechanic swayed us to look first at the Honda. We contacted Pete Davis via the Costco Auto Buying program. Pete called and we talked briefly about the vehicle we were interested in - a new 2016 Honda CR V SE AWD. NW Honda had a demo model available. We met with Pete and took the car for a test drive. Solid, quiet, with more acceleration than I expected. As part of the Costco program, Pete showed us the dealer price. We told him what our niece had recently purchased the same vehicle and model in another local city. We very quickly agreed on a price. The CR V SE does not come with a cargo cover. After hearing the dealer price, we decided we could buy one cheaper online. But, as we were about to leave, employee John Cabal and offered us a free cover. As seldom as we buy new vehicles, we were a little anxious about the experience. In the end, we were treated very fairly and we would highly recommend Pet and John and Sam (the finance lady). More

Great sales and service I wandered in just to check out options when I had already decided on a different make of car, and walked out with a Honda that I just love. That was partly because it's a great car and partly because the salesman, Pete, was extremely courteous and helpful - just wanted to help me find the perfect car for me. They took care of the after-sales work quickly and I got my new car within a couple of days. They gave me a loaner and then delivered my new car to me even though I live quite far away. More

The great service after you had done the repairs I was very impressed with the staff. I had taken the car in for a timing belt, oil change and check out work. I left some coupons for discounts. Wh I was very impressed with the staff. I had taken the car in for a timing belt, oil change and check out work. I left some coupons for discounts. When I came in to pick up the car I was told that the coupons were too old and couldn't be used and I said that I didn't look at them because I had a couple others at home and could bring them if needed. He told me that he had used a common good customer discount on parts, I think 10%, and that discount ended up being a little better than the coupons I had brought in. So it actually cost less than I had thought. There is nothing wrong with that picture.!!! I can only say thanks and we will be back and refer my friends. More
