Sales consultant Stephen Sturman asked us if we had been helped. I said no, told him that we were just looking around while my car was being fixed. He asked if there was anything specific we were in the market for. I told him what my payment would have to be and that we were eventually hoping to get into a 4x4 that had an extra row of seating. He took a moment to check what was available and showed us the 2009 Honda Pilot that had just came in. There was no pressure. Stephen was concise and to the point. He was never pushy and answered all of our questions. Before I knew it we were driving off the lot in a perfect car for our family. Pending the car exploding, or breaking down, this was a great experience. More

The car we wanted at the price we wanted. So we contacted Northwest Honda and talked to Bethany Page about what we wanted. They didn't have what we wanted but later the same day the manager, John Clough, contacted us and told us he could get exactly what we wanted by the next day. To make a long story short we were able to negotiate a good price for the new 2017 Honda CRV EX in the exact color my wife wanted and they would even take the old one in trade for a more than fair price. At the dealership we were treated fabulously by Bethany who explained the features of the new car and treated us very well. The whole experience was great without the high pressure tactics one sometimes experiences. I highly recommend Bethany, John, and Sam in Finance. Best of all, my wife is ecstatic with her new car! Our salesman, Jaye-R listened to what I wanted and showed me several possibilities. We took two for test drives and I knew pretty quickly that the second one was the car for me. I was really happy that the process had been so quick and painless. I was prepared to pay cash and drive away. Then the hard sell for added packages began. First with Jaye and then with Sam. No matter how many times I articulated that I would not be buying any of these packages, they kept on pushing. I had chosen my car at noon, but didn't get out of the dealership till after 1:15, having had to sit through the same sales pitch twice! I am very happy with my car and only wish I could have gotten it without all the pushy sales talk. More

Friendly Staff, Good Experience Ross was waiting for us when we arrived and helped us immediately. Through the test drive and the negotiation he was friendly and personable. He even recommended some restaurants to eat at once we were finished. John negotiated with us on a few items and was courteous through the process. Sam was helpful with financing and gave us options with warranties, GAP protection, etc. We drove from 2 hours away to purchase our vehicle here. There was some minor repair needed before we took possession which took a few days to complete. They ended up delivering the vehicle to our house after the repairs were done. We got a good deal on a quality minivan, had great customer service, and we enjoyed the experience from beginning to end. We'd buy another vehicle here again in the future. More
