The shuttle driver on the other hand, some older fellow, seems a bit dense, for he parked the shuttle van in front of the nose of my vehicle, rather boxing me in, forcing me to three-point a couple of times in order to be able to pull out from where my vehicle had been staged; all the while, he just sat in the driver's seat, facing me, apparently oblivious to the necessity to merely back up a little bit in order for me to pull out, easily. Not a biggie but rather lame in regards to professionalism, and making an impression on a customer. More
