Made my dreams come true. Sam helped get me in to the car I was dead set on getting when everyone else I had went thru with other companies told me it was unlikely. Purchasing my new CRV I was greeted right away. Pete was thorough and professional. He answered all of my questions and help me find the best vehicle that would suit my nee I was greeted right away. Pete was thorough and professional. He answered all of my questions and help me find the best vehicle that would suit my needs. When I changed my mind at one point and decided to take a more basic vehicle with less technical features ( which was also cheaper) he still acted very helpful and supported me in my decision. He didn't try to oonvince me to get the more expensive vehicle which most likely would have been wrong for me. He helped explain features in the car and a left with a vehicle that I feel safe in and am delighted to drive. More

Waited 2 weeks for a return call from Shawna in Service Waited 2 weeks for "Shauna" to call back, but she did not. But when I called back she answers and then puts me on hold for over 15mins! Then transfer Waited 2 weeks for "Shauna" to call back, but she did not. But when I called back she answers and then puts me on hold for over 15mins! Then transfers me to "Parts" when I asked to talk with a service tech! The parts guy "Blake" tells me that the reason I am talking to him is because he knows more about the NSX than most the people there. I then learn that they were going to double bill certain aspects a large job using "Book Time" . So normally when you get a head gasket and timing belt job done at once, you pay to have the motor removed one time. Based on "Honda" Book time, these jobs basically include overlapping aspects such as pulling the motor. Why would I pay 2 times to pull a motor that obviously is going to be pulled once and then reinstalled once. After talking with "Blake" for a few minutes, he admitted that not only are they unfamiliar with this model, but he hadn't seen any in the dealer, nor did he know if any mechanics there were certified at that location. I said "Its obvious that you guys don't want to work on the car so have a good day! He said " You too! Pretty well confirming that they simply don't give a hoot. In reading both google and yelp critical reviews of this company, I am convinced they are not worth my time, I will try for SIMS HONDA. More

It was even explained to me that their prices had resently increased. They alerted me to the sign of wear on my tires and the need for replacement in the near future. I left with a written quote, which is very helpful. I definitely will continue bringing my car into this shop for needed maintenance. More
