JR is the guy to see! When the time came to finally look for a new car the wife and I came up with the idea to get a Honda. We searched all dealerships from Seattle to Bel When the time came to finally look for a new car the wife and I came up with the idea to get a Honda. We searched all dealerships from Seattle to Bellingham and the car we wanted was in Bellingham. We called to confirm that it was in inventory still and JR had answered the phone and verified for us that it was. We told him we were on our way to come look at it and he politely said to come see him when we get there. When we pulled into the parking lot we were approached by a salesman right away and asked for JR. They contacted him immediately and he came out to help us with the car we wanted. He shook our hands and took us on a tour of the cars that were in the lot that we were interested in and allowed us to test drive everyone. He then explained in detail everything there was to know about the car we were interested in and then took us inside to negotiate a price. Like all sales things started out not in our favor but JR did everything he could to get us the deal we were seeking and everything turned out perfect for our requests. So much so, that two weeks later we came back to the dealer and bought another car from JR! If you don't believe this story you can ask him yourself when you get there! Looking for a car Jay-R was nice, friendly, answered questions. We settled on a showroom floor model. We were presented the offer and we stated 'incl ProPack'. We were then told 'no, too low' We were confused and asked again if ProPack was incl and told no. We asked for clarification on the price including ProPack and could we go lower now that it wasn't incl and again were told 'no'. We were presented with a price sheet and told that we could purchase ProPack at wholesale pricing. We asked if we could just have cargo liner and front floor mats. 'No, too low' We felt that when we were told the floor model came w/ a ProPack we should have received it. Felt a little 'bait and switch' More
