Car key ignition not fixed Brought in Honda CRV due to Ignition key sometimes not working. Thought I was being proactive before the system totally broke down. Because they coul Brought in Honda CRV due to Ignition key sometimes not working. Thought I was being proactive before the system totally broke down. Because they could not replicate ignition not working I was told if condition returns to reschedule which means system needs to totally break down for them to look at it. Which means having it towed to them from wherever it breaks down totally. Nothing was fixed. Still had to pay them for what?????? More

The Customer is to BLAME I took my 2006 Honda Pilot in for a $40 oil change and left with a $180 bill! Seems that in the process of changing the oil Northwest Honda stripped I took my 2006 Honda Pilot in for a $40 oil change and left with a $180 bill! Seems that in the process of changing the oil Northwest Honda stripped the oil drain pan threads. Even though they had done the previous oil change, their claim was the car was old and they weren't responsible for the damage. While they split the $280 (pretty pricey) cost to fix the oil pan threads they were indignant about taking responsibility for the damage they caused. This is a multi-million dollar company that needed my $140's more than their reputation......go figure??? More

Rock removed Brandon was great. He was polite, calm and calming as my 10-month old Fit was making a horrific metal-on-metal noise when the wheels were turning. Tho Brandon was great. He was polite, calm and calming as my 10-month old Fit was making a horrific metal-on-metal noise when the wheels were turning. Though my initial call to the dealership from the side of the road was discouraging (no towing, no referral to American Honda towing, no looking at the car today), Brandon turned all that around and took the feedback I gave about my phone call to them very well. They DID look at my car right away, without promising what they might find, and removed a small rock that was causing the horrible sound. No charge. In and out in about 30 minutes. Thank you! More
