I decided to inquire about Costco's car purchase plan and within a few minutes of filling out the online inquiry, I received a very professional reply and a quote from Morocco. Everything else was up to me. We went into the dealership 3 days later and worked with Morocco, driving the car home two hours later. Morocco took a lot of time to walk us through features and was extremely enjoyable to work with. More

Great car at a reasonable but not great price. Staff are very personable. I worked with Elliot in sales. Professional, personable and adjusted to my style of auto buying. Came back next day per appointed time to find the price raised more than $1,000. Was able to negotiate back down some but not to original agreement. That put a bit if a burr under my saddle. However, it was still a good price given the value of the vehicle. Conversely (in a good way) finance helped me save a lot on my loan when my credit union (Industrial CU) pulled an interest rate switcheroo going from the "pre-approved rate" of 4.9% up to over 8%! Camille in finance found me a rate of 4.2% at a nearby bank with a great reputation. Very happy with my car. More

I came in with lower expectations, that I wasn't going to qualify. Morocco & Stephanie were a HUGE help to me! They shared with me a program they have that helps you rebuild your credit. I figured I would just meet with them to discuss what my next options would be, but I was able to get approved and drove away that day in a beautiful silver 2016 Honda Civic, within my budget for payments. I could not be happier! You read silly stuff on line tips for how to deal with Car Dealers, that they are all about the sale and they are gonna try to trick you. Absolutely NOT true! I felt like Stephanie and Morocco both were on MY side, doing whatever they could to make this work for me. Great experience I would recommend them both and Northwest Honda as well! Thanks! More

On the morning I was to come in to the dealership to look at the car, it turned out it had been loaned out to another customer. When they'd realized this, Morocco drove another loaner out to that customer in Anacortes and brought back my car! I loved the car, but more importantly, loved that there was NO pressure from Morocco to buy it. Sam in the finance dept was also very helpful to me, with great ideas for my financing options. I would absolutely recommend Northwest Honda! More
