Morocco made what we thought would be an intimidating and sketchy experience very relaxing and enjoyable. Everyone has heard horror stories of car dealerships and sleazy sales people, but that experience this was not. We got a great deal and were never, ever pressured to buy things we didn't need/want, and were never pushed to buy a more expensive model of car. We got exactly what we wanted and we absolutely love our car. Morocco even picked us up at home after we had to drop off our old car back at our house so we didn't need to take an Uber to get back to the dealership. Everyone was so nice there - congratulating us on our first new car and shaking our hands to introduce themselves. First class experience all around! More

Oil Change, tires, headlight I have been using NW Honda oil changes since 2014 and was always happy with Bruce King and, after he left, Brandon Tevelde was adequate, but not as pe I have been using NW Honda oil changes since 2014 and was always happy with Bruce King and, after he left, Brandon Tevelde was adequate, but not as personable. When Bruce left, I knew there would be an adjustment before the new Service Manager put his stamp on things and the changes to be made. Over the past 6 months, things were so so, but I need no urgent or major repairs. My 03 CRV needed some front end work, estimated at $2k, which I had a friend do for less than half of that. This week I serviced my 03 Odessey and it needed new tires and a headlight bulb. I bought Michelins elsewhere and installed 2 new highend bulbs elsewhere. Honda did not have Michelins, the tires they sell were out of stock, and they sell just the standard bulbs. The reason I will continue to deal with NW Honda is because of the professional manner in which Scott, the new service rep, dealt with my issues. I told him I had not received a free car wash from the CRV rep, and Scott immediately gave me two. The other knowledgeable person with whom it is a pleasure to deal, is Dave Webster, the man who sold my wife our CRV. Change is constant, but quality people will always rise to the challenge. The dealership has great products, so I am optimistic that the service department will soon be great again, but I believe they lost, or let go, some of their best people. More
