I was so worried to start the car search and purchasing process because the experience is typically exhausting, costly, and I feel pressured into purchasing something. Not once did I have any of those feelings when working with Stephanie and John. Stephanie was so easy to talk to as I told her the specific things I wanted in a vehicle and the LONG list of things i did not want. I was extremely picky but she never made me feel like I was being difficult. She made my request feel valid and explained in depth the answers to my questions. She searched cars across the country to find the specific one I was describing. Within a few weeks of beginning the search my DREAM Ford Flex was here! It was slightly higher then what we wanted to spend on a vehicle but it had EVERY feature I wanted plus an extra set of fancy tires. I could see the value in the extras which assured us that the price was fair. I scheduled a time when I could come in to see it. After 90 minutes of pulling up to the dealership I was driving away with my new car! John was super sweet as he escorted myself, my husband, and our 18 month old around the dealership as we went through the buying process. He was the perfect host making sure our experience was pleasant. Sam was knowledgeable and efficient as we financed the new vehicle, traded in my old vehicle, and purchased the extended warranty. Speaking of extended warranty, it was SUCH a reasonable price. We were shocked to hear our payments were barely affected by the ads on. The care and extra attention Nw Honda provides is what makes them a top notch dealership. They generate genuine relationships with their customers that many of us would appreciate! I also loved the fact that they topped the tank off with gas before we left. It’s the little things that go a long way! More

Instead of just getting it done then I wanted to check around for the best deal on really good tires and warranty. So my husband did the footwork and found out that Honda had the best quality and the best price! Awesome! I need to wait a week to get them on, so they are holding my tires till then, nice! I'll get the alignment done at the same time. Thanks to Andy and Mike for all their help and patience. I didn't get a free car wash this time but they did vacuum the front out, yay! More

They had a very nice used CR-V that met my needs, quoted me a price that was in line with the book value for the condition of the car, and we made the deal. None of the unpleasant car-buying negotiation that often happens in these situations. I would recommend them whole heartedly! More
