First, the service department charged more than what was agreed upon during the initial consult and did not honor the coupon that was presented. Second, they also tried to coerce my wife into thinking that she needed all these additional services that were totally unnecessary. It is my belief that because she was a woman that thought that they could pull a fast one on her and charge hundreds of extra dollars for silly stupid stuff. To make matters worse, after calling the dealership to inquire about rectifying the issue, they simply said too bad because my wife agreed to the extra charge over the coupon value. And to think that this is the level of service that they provide to someone who bought the very same car from their dealership. They just lost a customer for life. More
Long Drive But Worth It! I started my search through True Car and was given three dealerships--one in Sumner, one in Everett, and one in Bellingham. Upon contacting the indiv I started my search through True Car and was given three dealerships--one in Sumner, one in Everett, and one in Bellingham. Upon contacting the individual dealerships I was only able to get the pricing information I requested from Stephanie. She never once insisted that I had to come in to get the information. I pretty much did all of the negotiating over the phone, text, and email. So although it was a long drive from Redmond to Bellingham Stephanie made it worth my while. Upon arriving in Bellingham everything was taken care of in a timely, efficient, and friendly manner. More

Within 30 minutes Morocco had contacted me and we made arrangements to come see the vehicle. Morocco was never pushy and extremely knowledgeable about the vehicle. He answered all of our questions and was very friendly and worked hard to make sure that we were satisfied. I would recommend Morocco to anyone who is in the market for a car. He is AWESOME! Sam was also very helpful and worked hard to get us the financing. Overall I am very impressed with the folks at your dealership and intend to utilize it for my vehicle maintenance. More

Keyand fob reprogramming I was told to stop by antime without an appointment to program the new key and fob. I chose instead to make an appointment just to make sure I would not have a long wait time. When I arrived 3 hours early because I my personal schedule had changed I was told they would not be able to do the job until my appointment time after all. So, when I returned at my appointment time I was told the job would take an hour. However, an hour later my car had not moved from where I had parked it. About 5 minutes later I was given an apology and was told it would be ready in 20 minutes. I looked out the window and the car had been moved at this point. About 35 minutes later the bill was ready to go (at about $100 more than I had been quoted when I had originally called). The job was done correctly, but the fact remains that the price paid and the time I lost exceeded the estimate. I am not as satisfied as I had hoped to be from a such a long-established, local new car dealership. More

Shopping at Honda Bellingham, I can only credit the successful transaction for the following reasons: 1) Pete Davis is an amazing sale person, the key influence to my decision. Knowledgeable, articulate very well on the technology, ability to focus on the strength of the car and company as a whole, represent Honda's professionalism. I also believed that he care about his clients. My sale transaction ended at 9pm and he continued to help me to setup my car and move my stuff from the trade-in to the new car till 10pm. My sincere thanks to him! 2) I felt really welcome when I entered Honda... I arrived with 3 small dogs, and most of the stuff members came to greet and acknowledge my fur babies. They accommodated my dogs occasional noise and throw a few funny words to make me feel comfortable. I have this sense that the staff members of the Honda Bellingham team are like family, they support each other through making all their clients feels welcome. 3) Honda Bellingham is a well run operation. Everyone knows their positions and are able to answer any questions promptly and to the point with little time wasted. At the end, I felt I made the right decision. I definitely wish Honda has a SUV hybrid... maybe next time! More

I go to NW Honda to have my car serviced even though I live in Anacortes because the whole crew is wonderful to work with and I trust them. Everyone was great, Elliot, Sam, Pete and the appraisal guy. So sorry I can't remember his name. He was very kind and gave me a good price for my trade in.. Sam was wonderful, I was really hungry ( skipped lunch) and she shared her healthy snacks with me. Super nice people, I will buy from them again More
