I purchased a used Accord from Northwest Honda (now Honda of Bellingham) six months ago, and it has been reliable and enjoyable to drive. A few days ago, I had a problem starting the car, so I took it in to Northwest Honda to see what was going on. Mitch went into action and ordered a diagnostic test. There was a problem with the crank sensor. Mitch coordinated warranty coverage, ordering parts, and scheduling the repair with the qualified technician. The repair was completed promptly, and Mitch even went to bat for me to waive the deductible. I received excellent service and am a highly satisfied customer! Thank you Mitch and Northwest Honda! Decent repair would have required checking inside the engine, which was well beyond my means to fund (many hours of labor even if no further issues were found). Northwest Honda was able to get me a very posh replacement vehicle at my requested finance level, and 0 down. They were very patient, while I considered options, and shuttled me to and from the dealership several times over the week. More

Dotan listened to our needs & quick We had a great experience with this dealership! I made an online request & quickly received a response from Dotan. Dotan listened to our needs & quickly came up with a great solution which was even better than what I had contacted him about. When we were on our way in to the dealership the next day, Dotan called us & it turned out he would not be in that day. He referred us to Moroco so we ask for him when we arrived. Dotan had briefed Moroco & Moroco quickly stepped in knowing & understanding everything I had spoken with Dotan about so we didn't feel like we had to start over. As it turned out, we decided on a vehicle & Moroco worked to get us a deal we could handle. Moroco introduced us to Steve Misencik, the finance guy who was very friendly, helpful & efficient. We got through the paperwork & were thrilled to drive home in our new vehicle! As I said, all & all, a great experience. More
