But he came by later and said he checked and it's for new pump w/sealant, since old pump (from 2017, not so very old!) now obsolete, so it was priced for the pump and the sealant. Very helpful clarification and I appreciate his doing a bit extra. Employees rate high. When I first bought car here I was promised free map upgrades. They never delivered despite 2-3 attempts to nail them down. Again part of problem is due to Honda's incredibly backward map upgrade procedure, otherwise I'd do it myself, but they should not promise what they can't deliver. I still have 2017 maps. Dealership rates lower. More

Very great sales service! Rudy made us feel very welcomed! Rudy was very friendly and has a great attitude! He didn’t pressure us and we told him what kind of vehicle we wanted with the accessories welcomed! Rudy was very friendly and has a great attitude! This was my fiancé and I's first experience buying a car on our own and we were both nervous but the team at Honda of Bellingham were extremely helpful and made it a smooth experience. Great Dealership - New 2020 Ridgeline Purchase We have been thinking about a new Honda Ridgeline for about a year. I met Rudy on a previous visit to the dealership, and told him we were interested We have been thinking about a new Honda Ridgeline for about a year. I met Rudy on a previous visit to the dealership, and told him we were interested in a 2020. They wouldn't be out for several months, but Rudy took the time to answer questions and then offered a test drive in a 2019. He took time to explain the features and there was no pressure. When it was time to purchase almost a year later we chose to work with Rudy. His no pressure approach and interest in working us through the purchase was very much appreciated. We did our due diligence and the price was competitive with other regional dealers. I would recommend him and this dealership. We have also had great experience with the service department with our Honda Element. Knowing that the service side would be there after the purchase was another point in favor of purchasing from Bellingham Honda. More

Excellent Service I had my 30K service done and was very happy. I arranged with Chris in the service department to have them pick up my Pilot and do the needed service I had my 30K service done and was very happy. I arranged with Chris in the service department to have them pick up my Pilot and do the needed service because of the "shelter at home" sentence. When they returned it they took the time to completely sanitize the interior. I have always been treated well by the people at Honda of Bellingham, and completely happy with how they are handling the Covid 19 problem-they are definitely doing things right. More
