Top Notch Service I took my car in for an oil change, and I also requested they inspect the passenger side mirror for damage. I had accidentally hit it on a utility pol I took my car in for an oil change, and I also requested they inspect the passenger side mirror for damage. I had accidentally hit it on a utility pole and rotated it all the way forward toward the headlights. Chris Caracciolo explained everything they found and gave me his recommendation, which I agreed with. He was helpful, courteous and, I thought, went above and beyond the call of duty.
