Went in for an oil change and ended up with a 30,000 mile service. While I appreciated the notice that the major service was due, I think they should have told me before I authorized it that it would cost $7 service. My 2014 was having problems. The parts were on back order and they put a rush order on it and made sure I got a loaner car. I was so pleased to get my car back in a week. Took my 1998 CRV "island car" with 435,000 miles in for the airbag recall. Everybody was prompt, attentive and professional, and treated me very well even though this CRV was not purchased from them. Since it was a safety issue they gave me a new Accord service loaner. I assume it was not coincidence that when they brought the loaner around the car was clean, the seat warmer was on and the Sirius was tuned to the 80's on 8, which fits my age demographic. As a customer service professional it takes a lot to impress and with this experience, all I can say is well done! More
