I’ve been a customer of NW Honda and now Honda of Bellingham since 1989. I understand that the world has been changing a lot recently and all the loaner cars that were available are sold (let’s face Bellingham since 1989. However people like us who have been loyal for this many years are not offered a loaner. My work involves in me driving from 1 place to another and it’s essential. The only solution they offered was a rental - was told it’d be around $50-60 plus taxes. Perhaps the dealer ought to make a deal with a rental company and get that for its customers who are paying anywhere from $650 to $2000 for servicing. Just another small thing - used to get vehicle washed, then a wash coupon but even that is no longer given (at least I wasn’t). More

Honda personnel are attentive to customer needs and detail both on the telephone and at their service location.
