Buying was a very pleasant experience. We really enjoyed working with Isaiah who was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and answered all our questions. There was no pressure put upon us We really enjoyed working with Isaiah who was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and answered all our questions. There was no pressure put upon us during the whole process. They were just there to accommodate our needs so we felt they were putting our interests first. We are looking forward to see how the vehicle gets serviced at this dealership when we need it. More

My kid who is a student at WWU took the car in to the dealership as it was making a weird noise at idle. $158 diagnostic fee to figure out it was the power steering pump. $1100 to replace the pump on t dealership as it was making a weird noise at idle. $158 diagnostic fee to figure out it was the power steering pump. $1100 to replace the pump on top of the diagnostic fee. 3 days later, return the car to the kid. Car is still making the same noise. Service department says no trouble found. Drive the car back to campus and the parking brake light, the ABS light, and the passenger airbag lights are all on. Car won't restart without a jump start. Call the dealer and they have the kid make another appointment to bring the car in. Another $158 diagnostic fee to now diagnose an alternator failure that didn't exist when the car was taken in the first time. Service department denies any responsibility for the alternator failure (note alternator is directly below the power steering pump) because the tech didn't report any problem with the alternator previously. Now they want $1000 to replace the alternator. And given the experience, we don't even know if we can trust that the power steering pump was bad in the first place. Terrible dealership service department experience! We will never take a car there again. More
