The younger fellow I worked with seems competent, professional. The coffee is pretty good, fresh brewed. Work was done maybe 15 minutes earlier than promised and that is a big plus for me. I scheduled appointment online. However the day after I did so received a call from Repair that online system was not working properly but they would honor the date and time. More

HORRIBLE AS HAS BECOME ROUTINE WITH THIS DEALERSHIP They were supposed to order a part for a safety recall, and offered to call me when it came in so I could schedule an appointment, but no, they didn't They were supposed to order a part for a safety recall, and offered to call me when it came in so I could schedule an appointment, but no, they didn't do that....they didn't give a xxxx and let me drive around in a car that was so unsafe for 2 weeks until Corporate send me additional mailings prompting me to have this recall service performed because it was "fatal and life threatening." They were unapologetic when they told me the part had been sitting in their shop for two weeks and although I asked to speak with the manager for days afterwards, he never returned my messages. Unfortunately, this is not the first time this dealership has dropped the ball with my service over the years. DONT DEAL WITH THEM IF YOU DONT HAVE TO! More

Worst Customer service From Bruce This is the worse dealership in Northwest. I purchased 3 Honda for my family and 4 for friends. They never appreciate the repeating customer. So, this time I have to go to Marysville Honda and I purchased my Honda pilot 2015 from there. I purchased maintenance service agreement at the time of buying and I paid $1500 for 60000 miles service pan in advance. The service department has a person name Bruce who is in the dealership from long time and he is the one who is Uncooperative, unprofessional customer service and sorry to say Red Neck guy. He didn't know how to check the maintenance agreement in the computer and he was telling his co worker that he has to go to Marysville dealership and in the mean time Steve I think he is the manager of service department came and told him to check his computer and when he put the Vin# the agreement was there, but I think he will create the same problem when I will go for service this week and If this happen again I will contact the Honda and let them know about this dealership customer service. More

We already knew that the Honda Pilot was high on our list to replace our previous car. John was ready and able to answer our questions. We were happy that NW Honda was able to work with us on our trade in to get us into the car we wanted. Being that the 2016 Pilots have been harder to come by being so new they were flexible with us. Sam was very friendly and was great with walking us through the options available to us. I called the next day with a question and Sam was quick with her response by emailing the document I asked for right away. Both John and Sam followed up with us to make sure all was well and that we had what we needed. All the staff we encountered were welcoming and nice. More
