Good, but. . . . Overall, the service was good. It did take much longer that we anticipated, requiring the car to remain there overnight. I kind of expected that the Overall, the service was good. It did take much longer that we anticipated, requiring the car to remain there overnight. I kind of expected that they'd know of that potential, and let us know before we started. The other issue is with Honda. The major maintenance interval on out '04 Pilot was 60,000 miles. Now, for our '14 Pilot, it's 30,000 miles. Seems as though they've dumbed down their design to generate more service revenue. More

Lack of trust We have a 2014 CRV. We had an oil change and the tech responded when we complained the battery not up to power that there had been a recall. We had We have a 2014 CRV. We had an oil change and the tech responded when we complained the battery not up to power that there had been a recall. We had not been notified of a recall. We brought the car back in to have computer reset to charge the battery. A few days ago we had an oil change. The battery was still low. Tech guy recommended we buy a new battery. The car was still under warranty. We were told that a new appointment needed to be made to have a three hour or so special test run on the battery. After a bit of slightly heated discussion, the battery was replaced under warranty. Now we wonder is the computer charging the battery? By the time we find out will the car no longer be under warranty? We have lost trust with the service counter. Can we believe what they tell us? More
