Fantastic I had an appointment for 11:30 to have my a/c checked on my 2019 Honda Civic. The service advisor was Javier Cumares. I went to the customer waiting I had an appointment for 11:30 to have my a/c checked on my 2019 Honda Civic. The service advisor was Javier Cumares. I went to the customer waiting area and about 20 minutes later Javier told me the air compressor is leaking and it needed to be replaced at no charge. He said it would take about 4/5 hours to replace. He asked if I wanted a lift to go home or stay here. I decided to stay at the Honda Dealership until ready. More

Had a appointment for 7am, they told me it take an hour to diagnose electrical problems. They kept the car until the next when I went in to snap on them. Made me miss work, and I still had to pay to retrie to diagnose electrical problems. They kept the car until the next when I went in to snap on them.
