They show no care or concern for any of their customers and being a loyal customer means nothing. I feel abused after dealings wth this conpany. They lack any desire to please the customer and they do not follow through with their word. Please save yourself the time, hassle and humiliation on you will endure and consider other retailers. More
Did not receive the services that they sold me When I purcahsed my new car in October, Edwin was fantastic and took great care of me. It was quick, painless, and affordable. However, the finance team sold me on the maintenance package. They said it includes all maintenance and when you pick up your car it will be washed inside and out. It was not washed at all. When I asked why it was not washed the kind maintenance man, Sergio, seemed shocked at my question. He said "oh you have to request that and it takes an additional 90 minutes. Well, that is NOT what I was sold on. I was expecting a shiny "good as new" car at pick up. I am grateful for the maintenance package and the convenience of he oil change and tire rotation in such a clean and friendly environment, but if you sell me the idea that my car will be "shiny and as-good- as-new" then I expcet nothing less. If it is required to separately request the car wash, then that should be mentioned both at the time of purchasing the package, as well as, when I drop off the car to get the oil change. More

Unable to communicate and dishonest d]service. I own a 2010 Civi purchases from you. All service has been done by you, including new front brakes in August. The brakes started to fail again last we I own a 2010 Civi purchases from you. All service has been done by you, including new front brakes in August. The brakes started to fail again last week, and was told it needed new brakes again. This was done and I was charged a second time. There is a service warranty of 12 months/ 12K miles, and it has been 7 months and less that 12K miles. I have been calling an e-mailing the Honda company but no responses, no one will take the call. I started speaking with someone, and I heard him tell the person who called, "Transfer this to someone else, I don;t have time for this." Impossible to get through. I want the conditions of the warranty fulfilled. It is dishionest to give a warranty and fail to honor it, and it is discourteous to refuse to discuss it. I will start litigation if something doesn't start happening. In the meantime, BE WARNED. DO NOT DEAL WITH THESE PEOPLE. More
